Atomization of Airtels Postpaid Bill Collection System

This bill collection system has been introduced for the first time in India by Andhra

Pradesh circle, introducing handheld terminals for receipt generation of Postpaid bill

payment thru Prepaid SIM Card (LAPU II).

Replacing mobile e-topup to handheld terminal.

Printed receipt for postpaid bill instantly. Can generate duplicate bill SMS generation and print. Receipt with Airtel Logo (can be used for any reimbursement) Download of day-to-day transactions into PC. User friendly application

Monitoring the MIS for day-to-day transactions (complete transactions /rollbacks) Will improve customers satisfaction Decrease of cash counter Qs (Can go to the customer with terminal) Acknowledge for the payments. SIM balance display can be viewed (Current balance) Battery backup for the handheld terminal

1. Select Settings by pressing F3 and Press

ENTER Key

1. Enter 10 digit customer mobile number.

After entering the above, please confirm the details for

mobile no. and cash payment and press any key to

Continue.

After the successful payment of the bill the following

message will be displayed (Ex: A format of Bill Print out

can be taken as shown in diagram) and press any key to

return to Main Menu

Now, display show as Main Menu with

- Applications

- Reports

- Settings (Enter any for selection)

Duplicate Receipt

Select Report to view the details of the Reports menu.

Once the Reports menu is pressed, the following

menu is displayed for Duplicate Receipt with this a

duplicate report can be generated and printed.

Select the payment mode

Enter the transaction ID/Customer Mobile

no. then Press enter.

(Ex: A format of bill for Duplicate bill

is shown)

To find out the current balance select the current

balance option in the menu.

To find out the current balance Select the first

option for Easy Charge.

Enter the 6 digit MPIN no. and wait for 60 secs.

The menu is displayed with current balance with

date and time.

Select option 2 for downloading of the day reports

from the terminal.

Now, select the mode of payment (cash/cheque)

Enter the date as required DDMMYY then the

system automatically generates the receipt as

shown below:

To download the report into the PC using hyper terminal the above is the procedure.
