Introduction
It has come to my attention recently that the air pollution in Hong Kong is getting very terrible. It is often impossible to see from one side of the Hong Kong's harbour to the other and pollution-related deaths are seriously on the increase. The city's pollution is ruining its attraction as a place to live and to work.
What is Air What is Air Pollution?Pollution?
1. 1. One type of air pollution is the One type of air pollution is the release of air from burning fuel for release of air from burning fuel for energy, like Diesel smoke. This energy, like Diesel smoke. This type of pollution is called “black type of pollution is called “black carbon” pollution.carbon” pollution.
2. Another type of air pollution is the 2. Another type of air pollution is the release of gas such as sulfur release of gas such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and chemical nitrogen oxides, and chemical vapors. These can be included in vapors. These can be included in chemical reactions once they are chemical reactions once they are in the atmosphere, forming smog in the atmosphere, forming smog and acid rain.and acid rain.
3.3. Pollution is also Pollution is also inside inside our homes, our homes, offices, and schools. Some of offices, and schools. Some of these pollutants can be created by these pollutants can be created by inside the house such as smoking inside the house such as smoking and cooking. and cooking.

It started by the invention of It started by the invention of technology that made use of the new technology that made use of the new sources energy like coil, oil, and gas sources energy like coil, oil, and gas which made the industry develop and which made the industry develop and create more pollutioncreate more pollution

ConclusionConclusion
Preventing air pollution is a much better Preventing air pollution is a much better way than fixing it after it has already been way than fixing it after it has already been caused. The easiest way to decrease pollutants is caused. The easiest way to decrease pollutants is to save energy. Such as switching to sulphur free to save energy. Such as switching to sulphur free fuels like natural gas and using renewed energy fuels like natural gas and using renewed energy sources like the sun and wind. Using public sources like the sun and wind. Using public transportation systems like cycling, walking and transportation systems like cycling, walking and keeping vehicles in good condition are some of keeping vehicles in good condition are some of the most effective ways in reducing gas the most effective ways in reducing gas emissions. If you use a private car, it causes over emissions. If you use a private car, it causes over six times as much fuel per person as going by six times as much fuel per person as going by bus. bus.
