A Team Member Programme (TMP) experience is an opportunity for a young

person to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by living a

practical team experience at a local, national, regional or global level.

How do we run this

programme?

We provide a practical

learning and development

experience to a young

person, who takes part in a

team and takes

responsibilities towards

managing AIESEC’s

performance and the

delivery of its experiences.

What can a young person gain through this programme?

With this programme, a young person gains access to

AIESEC’s value-based platform, and he or she experiences:

A practical team experience

Practical hard and soft skills development

Access to a global network

An entrepreneurial and responsible attitude towards

being a better leader

TMP participants can have different types of practical team

experiences, such being a part of a project team, a functional

team, the organizing committee of an event, or an executive

team of a an entity.

Duration of a Team Member experience: 8-78 weeks

A Team Leader Programme (TLP) experience is an

opportunity for a young person to develop entrepreneurial

and responsible leadership through leading and guiding

others in their work and experience at a local, national,

regional or global level.

Duration of a Team Leader experience: 8-78 weeks

programme?

We provide practical

person through the

experience of managing

What can a young person gain through this programme?

With this programme, a young person gains access to

AIESEC’s value-based platform, and he or she experiences:

A practical team leader or executive leadership body

experience

Personal and professional development

Practical hard and soft skills development

Activities which develop an entrepreneurial and

responsible attitude towards being a better leader

TLP participants can have different types of team-based

leadership experiences such as leading a team or acting as a

part of the executive leadership body of an entity.

A Global Community Development Programme (GCDP)

experience is an opportunity for young people to develop

entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by creating direct

positive impact through an international volunteer experience.

Duration of a GCDP experience: 6-78 weeks

How do we run this

programme?

We provide international

volunteer experiences

through which young

people develop

themselves while

empowering individuals,

communities or

organisations. We focus

on areas and issues with

the need for direct social

impact and sustainable

solutions.

What can a young person gain through this

programme?

With this programme, a young person gains access to

AIESEC’s value-based platform, and he or she

experiences:

A cross-cultural living and working experience

The opportunity to create positive societal impact

Personal development

GCDP participants can have different types of volunteer

experiences. They may work with organisations or in

projects which focus on community development, as

long as their experience contributes to their personal

development and positive impact on society.

Purpose: Cultural Educations

Accommodation and food provided

The project is based on work with youth of 12-16 years old from schools and summer camps.

Job Description:

To show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes, cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance.

To run trainings on the relevant global and local topics (CSR, Ecology, Energy, Citizenship) in order to raise the awareness of young Ukrainians about positive impact they can make.

To run trainings, working groups, brainstorming to help pupils and students to identify their values, strengths and weaknesses, personal and professional goals. Develop pupils potential with the help of different psychological tools, which help to make the choice of future profession.

Purpose: Ecological education and preparation of

Let's do it action in Ukraine.

Job Description:

Work with pupils & students of Ukrainian schools and universities, NGOs providing them education about global ecological problems, facilitate learning circles & discussions

Facilitate preparation of presentations about ecological situation in Ukraine, provide global point of view & good case practices from intern’s home country

Lead, facilitate and coach ecological workshops, preparation of ecological events.

Purpose: Social project around working in

orphanages.

Job Description:

Run trainings and discussion clubs on issues cultural sensitivity and diversity, health life style, leadership, personal development and effectiveness, AIDS, Global ecology problems.

To help participants to explore and develop their potential. Usage of different psychological tools which can help them to make the choice of their future profession.

To manage the teams of pupils to help them to understand the world issues and to help them to find the solutions of this problems in the local society through creating different projects.

A Global Internship Programme (GIP) experience is an

opportunity for a young person to develop entrepreneurial and

responsible leadership by living a cross-cultural professional

development experience.

Duration of a GIP experience: 6-78 weeks

What can a young person gain through this programme?

With this programme, a young person gains access to

AIESEC’s value-based platform, and he or she experiences:

A professional development experience

A cross-cultural living and working experience

GIP participants can have different types of internship

experiences as long as their role and supervision clearly

contribute to their professional development.

How do we run this

programme?

We provide an internship in a

host organisation, through

which a young person

contributes to the goals of

the organisation, completes

a job description requiring

special expertise or skills, and

receives supervision and

evaluation on his or her

professional development.

In order for an applicant to become a member of AIESEC and participates in our programmes she/he has to go through all the following procedures without any exceptions.

Attend the Official Presentation of AIESEC. Application DL:2/11

Attend the two-day conference in 4th and 5th of November, organized by AIESEC UoM Thessaloniki. Attendance is free

Official Application for the programmes in the conference. Specifically, if you want to apply for Team Member Programme or Team Leader Programme, additionally:

Interviews 8th -10th of November

Personal Meetings for Feedback 11th -18th of November

The teams will start at 14th of November and will last 3-5 months

Attend the Hellenic AIESEC’s Development Conference, 25th- 28th of November Specifically, if you want to apply for Global Community Development Programme or Global Internship Programme, additionally:

Send all necessary documents online (CV, Degree, motivational letter, degree of foreign language etc)

Interviews- selection processes of participants, 12th- 15th November

Pay the fee of the programmes+ preparation: GIP 250€, GCDP 190€ approximately (the fee AIESEC’s member fee, participation in these programmes and participation in the National Outgoing Preparation Seminar).

Upload the participant’s form in AIESEC’s online platform (www.myaiesec.net)

Integration in AIESEC UoM- participate in the activities of our Local Committee

Attend the National Outgoing Preparation Seminar, in Hellenic AIESEC’s Development Conference at 25th and 26th of November, in Athens
