Community Development Program is an initiative by
AIESEC in UTM to empower secondary school students in addressing and tackling prevailing environmental issues. By engaging in this program, your organization will have the opportunity to have access to youth and better position your company brand among them.
Price of partnership: RM 7,000 Green Agent Summit and Peer to Peer Educator Workshop are Community Development Program activities.
The Green Agent Summit is a conference born to educate and train youth in creating a greener and more sustainable environment. 200 high school students will have the opportunity to showcase their “Impactor” projects to promote environmental sustainability and experience cultural diversity. After the conference, consistent supervision by AIESEC in UTM will be provided to ensure a consistent and quality implementation of the students’ projects.

Peer to Peer(P2P) Educator Workshop
Green Agent Team
Peer to Peer Educator Program aims to source and develop potential Green Agent Team. For more information of Green Agent Team, please refer to the next activity. P2P Educator Workshop works on several environmental themes. For example, 5R and Animal Protection. The themes are customized according to Partner’s needs and negotiated between [company name], AIESEC and the school. Partners are to be involved in several workshops. For example, you are presenting IRDA’s essence with corporate responsibility, sharing of environmental issues in Malaysia and/or other countries and training youths to take actions in community development projects.
Green Agent Team is a team of high school students who are passionate in tackling environmental issues. They will be formed in selected schools after the Peer to Peer Educator Program. An international delegate from our AIESEC network will be leading the Green Agent Teams in planning and execution of their “Impactor” project. Guidance will be provided so that Green Agent Teams will be able to carry out their respective “Impactor” projects.

At this unique event we frame the conversations with a question and we aim to create a space
where all delegates and guests can connect and explore the questions. Business
representatives will do this through keynote and highlighted speakers, interactive
workshops, open spaces, and a forum.
This time we are focusing the forum into 3 main tracks.

Youth The Agenda
Throughout the day, partners will get the opportunity to position their brand and
organization between the youths attending the event, along with other points of interaction.
In Business to Youth, partners will be able to expose youths to corporate perspective in
issues regarding Entrepreneurship, Corporate Responsibility or Innovation. Partners
will also get to share case studies and good case practices with the delegates.
Delegates will then use the exposure acquired through earlier sessions to discuss on
certain topics in Youth to Business. Discussion inputs will be consolidated and presented
to partners after the whole event. A forum between partners and delegates will also take
place to foster relationships between youths and businesses.
Last but not least in Youth and Business, partners and youths will be able to mingle
together for a networking session as part of the closing ceremony.

Being recognized as AIESEC in UTM Youth to Business Partner
Stabilo will be recognized as national Y2B partners. This recognition will further improve partner’s employee brand as one of the top choice organization for fresh graduates and AIESEC members. Your corporate materials will be distributed as goodie bags to the delegates.
90 minutes Partners Workshop slot with 50 - 60 delegates
Stabilo will be able to interact and expose delegates to issues that are close to the essence of partner’s organization in a closed door workshop focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation or corporate responsibility. Partner may also retrieve youth driven solutions in specific topics through case study discussion inside the partner’s workshop.
Employer Branding
Partner’s logo will be visible throughout the event space, event materials, and virtual promotional platform. Partners may also run virtual conversations through Youth to Business’s Website and facebook page as a built up to the event day.

Youth Development Program is an initiative by
AIESEC UTM to develop personal and professional skills in university students. For example, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. With these skills, the quality of talents and employability rate will increase. Enhance your company’s employer branding and source for talents with us! Price of partnership: RM 2,500
Professional Skills Workshops
Professional Skills Workshop comprise of a few themes according to partners’ and students’ needs. For example, behavior in a job interview, writing a good proposal or resume, and behaviors in the first 3 months of work. The workshops will be held weekly from March till April 2013. The students are from Management and IT field. There are Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Psychology and Human Resource Development in Management. There are Graphics, Networking, Database and Software Engineering in IT. IRDA is involved in educating the students of certain themes and do follow up activities in your company or in UTM. Target students : 50-60 students per workshop. The outcome of the workshop is 100% retention rate and feedback activities will be done for every workshop. The rating of learning progress is 4 – 5 out of 5.

Leadership Skills Workshops
Leadership Skills workshop themes evolve around a few topics such as self-effectiveness and organizational effectiveness. The workshops are held monthly from November onwards. The audience are AIESEC members from various fields in UTM. For example, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Management and Architecture. Partner is involved in sharing and educating members about own experiences, leadership and team management, and specific themes on that month. Target number : 40 – 50 members per workshop. The outcome of the workshop is all AIESEC members (currently 60) attended and finished the workshops. Feedback activities will be done for every workshop. The rating of learning progress is 4 – 5 out of 5.

International Internship Program
AIESEC in UTM is doing International Internship Program to increase international
exposure of youth and exchanging different culture in another country. The duration of internship is from 6 weeks to 72 weeks (1.5 years). Youth or employees who are studying or graduated within 2 years are eligible to apply. There are 2 types of internship program, Voluntary and Professional internship.

International exposure
Participation and Pricing
Partners can participate in two ways : Sponsor or subsidize current employee Partner is to sponsor or subsidize current employee that fulfills the criteria to enhance their international exposure and personal development. This will lead to new ideas and plans for the company. Sponsor or subsidize a university student Partner is to sponsor or subsidize a potential university student to go abroad to gain experience and international exposure. In this way, partner able to provide international experience and source for talents.
