Dear purposeful AIESECer,

If you are already reading this booklet, it means you decided to have the most powerful and unforgettable life-changing experience ever. I am very glad, that you consider AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan as part of your next leadership journey.

Almost 4 years ago I joined AIESEC as fresh graduate and almost as an employee in a corporate sector. But AIESEC was always in priority, because the leadership experience, which AIESEC provides is unique. Within 4 years I’ve got an unforgettable and challenging experience, which made me a leader of now. When I was a member, I was amazed by MC members – what a role model they are, based on their personality and professionalism. I dreamed that one day I will become like them, I set a goal, took an action and believed that one day it will matter. But dream, without action is just a dream. And based on my experience, I may say, that it was/is/will be not as easy as we think, but possible as long as we believe and strive for it.

This is my 3rd MC term. I used to be MCVPBD of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan in 2013-2014, which is my home-entity. After, I decided to step up for a new experience of my life – run for MCVPBD of AIESEC in Cambodia 2014-2015. I quit my job at company, where I used to work for 2 years, left everything behind in order to get and international MC experience, because I believed that AIESEC truly makes positive impact in society, no matter where you are and I never regret. Because I changed, I learned, still learning of how to be a better version of myself for me and for the world around me.

I decided to come back to AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan as MCP for 2015-2016. Because, I believe and know, that AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan has huge potential, has GREAT leaders in face of strong members, purpose to make positive impact in society and so much more. You may see the relevance and growth of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan everyday. Kyrgyzstan is an amazing country which always provides you with opportunities and challenges to make you grow

And I still have a dream – to create more and more purposeful, collaborative and action-oriented leaders, start BIG Leadership Movement of young people for positive changes of our country and the world. I believe that it’s possible and I believe that I am not alone in this journey to make BIG dream come true. And if you are looking for the most life-changing, challenging, but the most impactful journey… you downloaded the right application booklet. Wish you all the BEST!

AIESECly yours,Dinara NazarmatovaMCP of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan 2015-2016

About kyrgyzstan!

Kyrgyzstan is a country located in Central Asia and bordered by Kazakhstan to the north, Uzbekistan to the west, Tajikistan to the south west and China to the east. Its capital and largest city is Bishkek. Kyrgyzstan is a rugged Central Asian country along the Silk Road, the ancient trade route between China and the Mediterranean. The Tian Shan mountains, which surround the old caravan route and dominate the country, are home to snow leopards, lynx and sheep. In the south, the millennia-old city of Osh has a huge, busy bazaar that was a stop on the Silk Road.
