The AIDS Foundation of Chicago has been supporting The Night Ministry since 1989

Facts about HIV & AIDS

More than one million people are living with HIV in the U.S. One in five living with HIV is unaware of their infection By race, African Americans face the most severe HIV burden Every 9 1/2 minutes, someone in the U.S. is infected with HIV. More than 18,000 people with AIDS still die each year in the U.S. Since the AIDS epidemic began in 1981, 1.7 million Americans have been

infected with HIV and 583,298 have died of AIDS-related causes through 2007. 33.3 million living with HIV worldwide in 2009 and 1.8 million AIDS deaths in

2009 (World Health Organization) Worldwide there are 2.5 million children under 15 living with HIV

Pre-Registration is open now through Friday, September 14!

Your registration includes: an official AIDS Run & Walk Chicago T-shirt, a race bib, access to a personal fundraising dashboard and other fundraising resources, a light lunch and swag on race day. (Plus a team t-shirt to wear for The Night Ministry!)

Pre-Registration Fees* – through 9/14/2012:$30     Walker – online registration$35     Walker – offline registration$40     5K or 10K Runner – online registration$45     5K or 10K Runner – offline registration

Race Day Registration Fee – 9/30/2012:$50     Walkers, 5K and 10K Runners (runners will not be chip timed)
