About us

• Al Haditha Petroleum Services SAOC is a Omani Super LCC Company established in 2012,

held by 2507 “Durai” shareholders with a share capital of OMR. 3 Mil and catering its services

to the oil & gas industry.

• AHPS provide wide variety of services comprising of Mechanical Engineering, Civil

Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering platforms and we are the first SLCC

company engaged by PDO to start field work with significant flow line replacement.

• Operates at high standards of health, safety and environmental protection, and has located its

assets strategically to mobilize manpower, equipment and provide other services to any part of

Oman.

• Our goal is to deliver and maintain high standards in the oil & gas industry service sector that

has resulted in acquiring many major contracts in Oman

Capabilities

• Rated as one of the leading Omani contractor with an excellent track record of successfully

completing a number of Engineering, procurement and construction contracts all of which have

been on, or ahead of schedule. AHPS is highly experienced in undertaking major EPC Contracts

for construction projects in Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, Process, and in the Energy sector.

• The Division is experienced in developing Greenfield oil production facilities and pipelines in

addition to its capabilities of providing construction activities including modification to existing

facilities and facilities expansion projects.

• AHPS is fully resourced in house to provide all major construction services such as Civil, Pipeline,

Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

• The division can also undertake EPC projects for flow lines (CS,DSS) including fabrication,

Capabilities

• CMEI & Pipeline Construction division hold considerable resource capability and experience in

the following construction activities where detailed design and engineering is provided by the

client.

– Construction of CMEI Facilities for Oil, Gas, and process industries.

– Cross country pipelines

– Flow line (CS,DSS,) construction for wellhead connections including all types of fabrication

works.

– Design, fabrication, erection, commissioning of oil and gas pipelines.

Capabilities

• Mechanical Maintenance is one of our many specialist capabilities. We have capabilities in

executing long term service contracts for the annual, planned and emergency shut down

maintenance and repair of various oil and gas plant and production facilities.

• In addition to mechanical maintenance activities, AHPS is highly experienced and capable in

carrying out the following specialist activities.

– Hydro testing of Pipelines

– Industrial grit blasting, coating, and spray painting associated with buried and above ground

pipelines.

– Pipeline right of way, window inspection ,and maintenance.

– Excavation, sand padding, and backfilling, of buried pipelines.

– Preparation of Rig pad location .

– Provision of specialist personnel, equipment, and materials as requested by the client.

• AHPS services contracts division is experienced in pipeline Integrity Management services as listed &

engaged in various pipeline maintenance projects for PDO since 2009.

• Contracts division is equipped with over skilled & semi skilled professionals and dedicated fleet of plant,

equipment, and instruments to carry out the listed activities using our in-house resources.

• AHPS employees professional who are highly qualified and experienced in pipeline maintenance activities and

are currently employed in various ongoing PDO and non PDO projects through Oman.
