o Planning the inventory level, Turn rate, annual consumption, ordering pattern, MRP. o Work with the local suppliers and global procurement section to have sufficient inventory of raw

materials at GM/Suppliers facilities in time to meet production requirements. o Planning the material deliveries flow to ensure having sufficient raw materials stock in house for

the scheduled production as well as appropriate storage space that`s in cooperation with the

material handling team.

o Work in parallel with the Material handling team to avoid any material shortages due to

scheduled/suddenly changes.

o Monitor the local/global suppliers` row material stock levels (Imported/Local) to avoid

obsolescence and make sure that the supplier have no risk vs GM`s forecast.

o Tracking suppliers performance using GM`s standard KPIs.

o Proactive manage the local suppliers` capacity for potential volume growth.

o Responsible of the run out plans for the current commodities due to any engineering

updates/changes to avoid any obsolete material.
