I have 13 Years experience at the domain of clothing senior Merchandizing at

Maytex Company for Manufacturing & Marketing textile from 1999

My tasks were as following

1 – Reviewing package we have rcvd from the buyer to make sure the fty are equipped to do it or not 2 – Calculate fabric consumption and minutes of doing this style3 – Starting costing stage by calculating fabric costing, reviewing prices for all the trims will be used in the product4 – Sent our costing and delivery date based on our production plan, fabric and trims in house date 5 – Negotiate costing and delivery with the buyer to be confirmed6 – Allocate confirmed order in our plan7 – Start purchase all items related to the product “ Fabric and trims” all items which should be supplied from nominated supplier8 - Sourcing new items which we can supply it from our side ‘ Either from local of foreign supplier” Preparing Excel purchase orders for fty requirements (sourcing Fabric, pocketing all sundries & items )9 – Follow up on all item to make sure it will be shipped and in house on time as per fty planning dates

10 - Preparing working in process report11 - Preparing all samples which the customer requires approval samples such as

APS sample-PPS samples-F.O.P samples and others. also reviewing if the submit is matching the target as wash wise and the spec as quality wise.

12 - Supervising on shipment and delivery date and making shipping plan13 - Preparing all worksheets and guidelines for production team

14 - Sending and replying on all customers and supplier mails regarding products issues and Customer Product specifications requirements

15 - Preparing all T/T transfer and other payment for the suppliers16 – Follow up on the collection to be done on time based on terms of condition with the buyer
