ENHA SAFETY HELMETS ARE DEVELOPED, DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED IN GERMANY AT WHOLLY OWNED, ISO 9001 CERTIFIED FACILITIES UTILISING CUTTING EDGE PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES.

ENHA’s own testing environment follows EN 397 regulations in which helmets are tested daily under diff erent temperature settings varying between 50°C and -30°C.

The high quality of ENHA products is also evident as a result of each helmet being manufactured exclusively using premium ultraviolet (UV) stabilised virgin granulate materials.

This helps to ensure that any weathering effects of heat, cold and varying temperature fluctuations do not affect performance or reliability.

Specially-designed torsion cylinders connect to corresponding cylindrical rods beneath the Crashbox lid

ACCESSORIES THE ENHA HELMET RANGE IS COMPATIBLE WITH A WIDE CHOICE OF ACCESSORIES AND SPARE PARTS TO RE-ORDER. By choosing add-ons, your Ranger or Rockman helmet can become a specialist helmet for the respective industry such as he forestry or electrical industry. Depending on the workplace additional protective equipment such as eye and hearing protection or enhanced visibility may be required. ENHA offers a variety of such accessories for you to choose from.

INTEGRASPEC A unique accessory for the Ranger and Rockman helmets is the integrated retractable eye protection feature IntegraSpec. This can be fully folded away into the helmet shell if not needed and eliminates the need to carry a pair of safety glasses.

IntegraSpec is lightweight at only 32g.

VISIBILITY For enhanced visibility ENHA offers a tailor-made set of reflective stickers that fit the Ranger / E-Ranger helmet shell perfectly.

Markings on the helmet casing accommodate the stickers precisely. Workers operating in dark and poorly-lit environments will be seen a lot easier with these applied.

CHIN-STRAPS The helmets feature self-releasing chin-

strap mounts (except for the Rockman C3) as an additional safety feature. The chin-strap will

come off when subjected to an excessive force to avoid strangulation.

Chin-strap 9257 features a fast-click magnet fastener which closes effortlessly by the magnets snapping

together easily. It can also be operated with one hand.

BADGING The majority of ENHA helmets are available with customised badging. This allows your workforce to wear safety helmets featuring your own company’s branding and identity. Company logos can be printed in single colour prints or in multi-colour prints of up to 4 colours. Please note: for logo printing we will require your logo artwork in a vector file format. Ranger / E-Ranger Series These helmets can be branded with a logo positioned off-centre left and right on the front as well as on the helmet shell’s sides. Maximum printing area sizes Ranger: Front left/right: 32x80x14mm Sides: 65x58x47mm

Rockman Series Company logos can be printed on the Rockman helmet shell on the front, back or on the sides.

Maximum printing area sizes Rockman multi-colour printing:

GUIDE TO EUROPEAN STANDARDS HEAD PROTECTION EN 397

EN 397 specifies physical and performance requirements of industrial safety helmets. Helmets certified to EN 397 must meet the following requirements:

A Shock absorption

A Resistance to penetration

A Flame resistance

A Chin-strap anchorage – chin-strap releases at minimum 150N and maximum 250N

In accordance with EN 397, an industrial safety helmet may also meet the following optional requirements:

A Very low temperatures (-20 °C or -30 °C)

A Very high temperatures (+150 °C)

A Electrical insulation (440V AC)

A Molten metal (MM)

A Lateral deformation (LD)

EN 50365

EN 50365 specifies the requirements for protecting against electric shocks and preventing electric current from passing through to the head when using on low voltage installations. Helmets certified to EN 50365 must meet the following requirements: A All helmets must meet the requirements in accordance with EN 397

A Protection against alternating voltage of up to 1000V (AC) or direct voltage up to 1500V (DC)

A Insulating helmets must not contain any conductive parts. Ventilation holes (if available) must not allow any accidental contact with live parts
