Stipulations of agreement:

Copiers and printers will be prepared and installed for fax, print and scanning by Konica Minolta personnel

only.

Meter readings are required on a monthly basis.

Copiers and printers will be moved by Konica Minolta personnel only.

Color copiers and all printers all have a 4 year lease commitment with no cancellation. New black and white

copiers have a 4 year lease commitment with no cancellation.
