AGREEMENT TO GIVE POWER FOR THE REGISTRATION AND THEMANAGEMENT OF A DOMAIN NAME UNDER .lu
1. The principal shall continue to be the exclusive and legitimate holder of the abovementioned domain name, notwithstanding the granting of this power to the agent. The agentmay only act by virtue of and within the limits of the present power.
2. This power authorizes the agent to register the above mentioned domain name. The agentwill provide DNS-LU with all information which is required for theregistration procedure. The principal undertakes to provide the agent within the shortestpossible time with all information which is required for the registration of the domain name. Itguarantees the accuracy of this information and it undertakes to notify to the agentanymodification to this information within the shortest possible time.
3. The agent has the power to manage the domain name and to inform DNS-LU within theshortest possible time about any modification to the data of thedomain name which is contained in the WHOIS database.

4. The present power does not authorize the agent to apply for the cancellation of the domainname. The cancellation requires a special power of attorney which mentions expressly thedomain name to be deleted.
5. This power may be revoked by notification of a revocation letter to the agent, a copy ofwhich will be provided to DNS-LU. The power will anyway be terminatedonce the domain name will be deleted.
6. One set of the present power will be notified to DNS-LU by the agent.
The present power is governed by the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, and all litigationresulting from this mandate will be submitted to the Courts of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
