SUBJECT:- AWARD OF CERTIFICATES

Dear Student Member,

Student members who have successfully completed Section A and Section B Examination in December

2011 and June 2012 sessions shall be awarded Completion Certificates at Business session ofthe 64th

Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled during afternoon hours on Saturday, the 16th

March 2013

at Hotel Taramati Baradari, Hyderabad. The winners of various Student Prizes are being intimated

separately and the Prize Certificates will also be handed over along with the Completion Certificates.

Further update may be obtained from our web-site www.aerosocietyindia.in.

The student members desirous of receiving their Completion Certificates during the AGM are requested

to inform the undersigned immediately latest by 28th

February 2013. Inability to attend the AGM mayalso be communicated with the latest address and Telephone Numbers so that Completion Certificate

can be sent by post / courier after the AGM.

Student members are to make their own arrangement for boarding / lodging during stay at Hyderabad.

At the AGM, the students are to report to the Secretary (Adm) at the venue at 1400 hours for further

briefing. Student members will be reimbursed actual expenditure limited to 2nd

class non-ac train fare

from place of residence / OJT to Hyderabad and back for participating in the AGM. Please bring a

photocopy of your Rail/ Bus Ticket to be submitted along with the claim form.
