By order of the board, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the

Company will be held at All Saints Church, Market Place, Kingston (Choir Vestry), on

Thursday 14th July at 11.30am for the following purposes:

a. A statement from the Chairman. 1. To accept the Report of the Directors and the Accounts for the year ended 31

st December 2015.

2. To elect Andrew Collins, Operations Manager of John Lewis, Kingston as Chairman of Kingstonfirst. 3. To elect the following Company Directors, who under the Articles of Association and, being eligible, are offering themselves for re-election as Directors: SECTOR REPRESENTATION
