Ater graduating rom Business School, he moved to Indiana to be a sales

trainer or a large retail company. Ater relocating to Charlotte and working

broker, he decided to make the move into Real Estate.

Sara was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia and moved to

Charlotte ater graduating rom Virginia ech. Ater eight years in

accounting, she was ready or a change. Te transition to real estate

was an easy choice or her, since her nancial background is a perect

compliment to real estate. She is a proud new mom!

Ater moving rom Massachusetts to North Carolina Sadie attended school

in both Chapel Hill and Greensboro. Upon graduating rom the University

o North Carolina at Greensboro she moved to the Charlotte area to work

with her mom at Helen Adams Realty. Sadies passion or real estate began

with car rides through neighborhood ater neighborhood with her parents

while growing up.

Lisa is a native o the Greater Charlotte area who received her undergraduate degree

rom the University o North Carolina at Charlotte and a Masters Certicate rom

George Washington University. She started her early career in I Project Management

with First Union Capital Markets and later moved to IBM Global Services where she

worked as an Executive Project Manager in Sales & Engagements, beore realizing

her passion or real estate. She is married with three small children.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Eileen lived in Bucks County, Pennsylvania

beore relocating to North Carolina. Her love o the Carolinas began when her

children both decided to attend college in South Carolina; her son, Peter, at

Te Citadel and her daughter, ara, at Clemson University. Over the course o

many visits and ootball weekends, she decided to make Charlotte her adopted

home and to use her extensive background in sales and marketing to begin a

career in real estate.

A Gaston County native, I was born and raised in Gastonia, NC and have

lived in Stanley, NC since 1983 with my husband John. We have two

children, Lee Ellen and J R. Residential Real Estate has provided us sound

investments and an excellent opportunity to provide quality housing or

others while helping our amily.

Georganna has been a Realtor and Broker since 1994. She has numerous

accreditations and has won several awards, including the 5 Star Real Estate

Agent - Best in Client Satisaction award by Charlotte Magazine in 2008.

Originally rom Franklin County, Virginia (near Roanoke) I adopted North

Carolina as my home base in 1981. A our-year veteran o the United States

Air Force, I graduated rom the University o North Carolina-Greensboro

(UNCG) with a Masters Degree in Public Afairs. For 22 years I worked

in public sector planning and land use regulation, principally as a zoning,

subdivision, and environmental ordinance administrator.

A native o Charlotte, ammy has experienced the metropolitan growth o the Queen

City and understands the importance o home. Licensed in both North Carolina and

South Carolina, she knows the value o communication during each step o buying

and selling your home.

I grew up in Bufalo, NY and moved south to attend the College o Charleston where

I graduated with a BA in Urban Planning. As soon as I set oot in the Carolinas, I

knew this is where I wanted my home to be. I moved to Charlotte in 1999 and joined

Divaris Real Estate as a commercial real estate agent. In addition to real estate, I enjoy

spending time with my amily and riends, playing tennis, reading, and volunteering

at my childrens schools.

John Brady Jr. has over twenty years in sales experience with Fortune 500

companies such as Te Kellogg Company, Coca-Cola and Unilever. John

efectively managed marketing and sales budgets or these companies which

exceeded $100mm annually as well as managing the sales and marketing

stafs or these businesses. John is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both

North and South Carolina

Lionel has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina listing and selling prem

properties in the South Charlotte area since 2007. Beore that, as a Home Interior Consultant or Burdin

Home Galleries, he spent 10 years as a top producer winning multiple Gold Eagle awards or exceedi

a million in sales annually. He continued his sales experience as an Account Manager at Canac o t

Carolinas. Lionel is the youngest amily member o the 1970s singing group, Te Cornelius Brothers a

Sister Rose. He began singing at the age o 5, playing the piano and trumpet at age 7, and perorming

stage with a local group called the Power House Band at 12 years old. He began acting in 1985, appeari

on Miami Vice in a supporting role.

Nasrin has lived in Charlotte or over 20 years, moving here rom England.

Her two daughters grew up in this town, one is attending Chapel Hill

and one is in high school. She has seen this great community really grow

and prosper, and uses that to her advantage in the real estate market.

Andy is a Charlotte native who is a ull-time, ull-service

residential real estate proessional. He is married and they

have three dogs, two golden retrievers and an Australian

cattle dog. Andy is a graduate o Wake Forest University.

Patty comes to Helen Adams Realty having just moved rom Orlando, FL in March

2009. Originally rom Bufalo, NY, she previously lived in Charlotte back in the early

90s, beore relocating to Orlando. She achieved a BS in Business Management and AA

in Accounting. In Orlando, she was a Realtor with Prudential Florida Realty. She is

happily married to her brilliant husband, Peter, and a proud mother o three kids.

Mill, SC, and has over 20 years experience as a CPA, Controller
