ORDINANCE NO. 12947-2015

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GOLDEN PEEBLES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, REPRESENTED BY MR. DEXTER C. YAPTENCO, PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER, FOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (DP) OF VILLAGE OF THE HOLY INFANT JESUS SUBDIVISION, WITH AN AREA OF 23,365 SQUARE METERS, CONTAINING 145 HOUSES AND LOTS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY CANITOAN, THIS CITY

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of the City of Cagayan de Oro in session assembled that:

SECTION 1. - The application of Golden Peebles Development Corporation, represented by Mr. Dexter C. Yaptenco, President/General Manager, for Development Permit (DP) of Village of the Holy Infant Jesus Subdivision, with an area of 23,365 square meters, containing 145 houses and lots, located at Barangay Canitoan, this City is hereby approved.

SECTION 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
