In flag football, players are not wearing pads so there is a unique set of rules that must be followed. Lets Review these rules before taking a brief quiz!

• 4 downs to get a 1st down of 10 yards.• Field Goal = 3 points• Extra point = 1 point• Safety = 2 points• Touchdown = 6 points• 2 point conversions take place from the 5 yard line following a touchdown.
