After Care for Tragus, Cartlidge and Scaffolding Piercings?

I'm surprised that a piercer did all of this...5 cartilage piercings and not even on the same ear?

No rock salt. It needs to be non-iodized sea salt. Soak them twice a day for 5-10 minutes each soakwith 1/4th of a teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt to 8oz of hot water. I usually double the mixture andput it into a clean bowl and just tilt my head to the side into the bowl to soak it. Ibuprofen for theswelling and soreness, ice for short periods of time throughout the day if you want.

Don't change them until they're healed, don't touch them at all, try to sleep on your back or stomach,no swimming underwater or emerging them underwater until they are healed. Do all that and thesoaks and you shouldn't deal with infection.
