SUBJECT : After Activity Report on the Validation of Crime Incidents of Police Blotter in NOPPO

1. Reference: Memo from Chief, RIDMD 7 dated February 21, 2014 with subject, Validation of Crime Incidents of Police Blotters in PRO7.

Submitted hereunder is the After Activity Report on the conduct of Validation of Crime Incidents of Police Blotters in this PPO by the DIDM Validation Team, led by PCINSP MARY ANN DC IMUS together with SPO4 Nelson Broqueza and PO2 Vicenta Y Mallari. Further, said Team was assisted by eight (8) IOBC 14-2013 students headed by PSUPT CARLOS M LACUESTA JR.

2. SUMMARY OF THE ACTIVITY:

Said validation was conducted last February 26-27, 2014 at the NOPPO Conference room which was participated by all Chief of Police and Crime Registrar of every Police Station in this PPO and Siquijor PPO bringing along with them Police Blotters of CY 2013.

On or about 260800H February 2014, a briefing was conducted by PCINSP IMUS together with IOBC students, NOPPO and SPPO Chief PIDMB and Crime Registrars on what to count and how to classify crime incidents. Said first day was participated by all SPPO Police Stations, all NOPPO City Police Stations and 4 Municipal Police Stations.

That on the second day 270800H February 2014, PCSUPT AUGUSTO MORALES MARQUEZ JR, Ex-O, DIDM lectured on the objective of said activity and give guidance to all Chiefs of Police and Invest PNCO of NOPPO and

SPPO. Afterwards, the validation of the remaining Municipal Police Stations resumed. It ended on or about 1800H of same day.

PINSP MARIEJIN B ENCIO one the students of IOBC 14-2013 validated the Police Blotters of Guihulngan City Police Station with the Crime Registrar and COP of said station.

PINSP JANUS D GIANGAN one the students of IOBC 14-2013 validated the Police Blotters of Bayawan City Police Station with the Crime Registrar and COP of said station.

PCSUPT AUGUSTO MORALES MARQUEZ JR, Ex-O, DIDM, GIVING HIS GUIDANCE AND LECTURED ON THE OBJECTIVE OF SAID ACTIVITY TO ALL COP AND INVEST PNCO.
