All rights reserved. 1 AFS DECLARED SECOND GREAT PLACE TO WORK IN MANUFACTURING AND EMPLOYER BRAND CATEGORY Mahindra Automotive and Farm Equipment Sectors (AFS) recently participated in a study conducted by Great Places to Work Institute® in partnership with Economic Times, regarded as one of the most credible employer branding studies. In a glittering awards ceremony held at Four Seasons, Mumbai on 27 th  June, 2014, Mahindra AFS was declared the Second Great Place to Work in manufacturing & production as well as the employer brand category and received an overall rank of 28 among the Top 100 Great Places to Work  across 600 organizations spanning over 20 industries. The continued dedication towards delivering a unique Mahindra Experience through its EVP offerings, helped AFS move up its rankings in both categories from the Third position in the manufacturing category and an overall rank of 38 from last year. In its eleventh year, India's Best Companies to Work for Study 2014, is part of the world’s largest and most r espected study of workplace excellence and people management practices. This list, based on credible data collected using well researched methods, is considered the most definitive employer-of-choice and workplace quality recognition that an organization can receive. The study has seen a year on year increase in participation by MNCs and Indian companies alike, with more than 12% increase this year and 36 new entrants in the Top 100 list itself. The Great Place to Work Institute® India surveyed 1,70,000 employees as a part of this r esearch and conducted an in depth analysis of people practices and their efficacy in all participating organizations. Its framework is followed by more than 6500 organizations g lobally that participate in its annual research across more than 45 countries.
