City has purchased property for an affordable housing development

Environmental and traffic studies

Coded R1 for 61 units(1.5 increased density for low income)

Mostly federal funding

City will issue RFP for development – 3 likely developers of low income housing: St. Vincent de Paul, HACSA, Cornerstone

Chosen developer will design, build and manage the site.

Neighborhood input through advisory group

3 to 5 years

City has given us the go ahead to talk with developers to influence their design work. We have done a lot of work for them.
