1. A separate application must be completed for each camper.

2. Both ICMS and non-ICMS students are welcome to join our Summer camp.

3. This is a bilingual camp.

4. Campers must be between 3 and 6 years old.

5. Campers must join a minimum of 2 sessions. Choose AM or PM session, or both. Join up to 12 sessions over 6

weeks of camp.

6. A daily snack and drink are included.

Payment Information

1. Register early to enjoy early bird discounts (please refer to the camp fee schedule).

2. To enjoy the maximum discount, please register and pay in ONE transaction on or before the closing date of

the discount. The maximum applicable discount is determined by the date payment is confirmed.

3. Early bird discounts will not be applied to later re-enrolments by the same student if the original deadline has already passed.

further processing. NOTE: Coupon holders are not eligible for any additional discounts or Early Bird rate.

Payment made by ATM or internet transfer:

1. ATM: As proof of payment, please submit the hard copy of the deposit slip. Digital images sent by email will not be accepted.

2. Online bank transfer: please capture an image of the completed transaction record and email to summer@icms.edu.hk. The transaction record must clearly show the time and date of the transaction, payee and payer’s account numbers and amount transferred. Under remarks section, please include the name of child and sessions to enrol in. Blurry images will not be accepted.

3. Bank charges, if any, are to be borne by the payer.

Payment made by cheque:

1. Make your cheque payable to: Island Children’s Montessori House

3. Submit cheques in person to any of our campuses during office hours.

After receipt of application and payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 10 business days.

Terms of Enrolment

The enrolment and admission to summer camps, courses or programs offered by Island Children’s Montessori is

subject to the conditions outlined below. By signing this form, I agree to the following policies:

1. Campers must enrol in a minimum of 2 sessions each.

2. This application will not be processed if payment is not received in full.

3. Tuition fees once paid are not refundable or transferable to another course, program, child or sibling.

4. Requests to transfer to another session within the same program can be made only once and approval is subject to

space availability.

5. There are NO refunds, fee deductions, adjustments or withdrawal from program once this application is submitted,

with the exception of cancellation of program.

6. There are NO refunds, fee deductions, adjustments or withdrawal due to personal reasons including sickness or travel

plans.

7. All classes at Island Children’s Montessori continue to operate under Tropical Cyclone Signal 1 or 3, yellow or red

rainstorm warning advice.

8. Class cancellations that are beyond the control of Island Children’s Montessori, such as Tropical Cyclone Signal 8 or

above, black rain storm warning advice, EDB advice, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances will not result in fee

adjustments, refunds or makeup lessons.

9. I agree for my child to be photographed by Island Children’s Montessori and for my child’s likeness to appear in

curriculum-related areas and promotional materials authorized or published by Island Children’s Montessori without

compensation, including website and social media.

10. Island Children’s Montessori is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, losses or damages incurred by the

student or accompanying adult while on school premises.
