After graduation he attended University of Virginia and played 4 years Div. 1
Lacrosse. During his senior year 2015 he was a team captain. He was
drafted by the Major League Lacrosse Association. Currently is an Assistant
Coach for the Washington College Lacrosse Team. Plays professional
lacrosse for Boston Cannons & Chesapeake Bayhawks.
Community – helps with Shore Kaos Lacrosse Camp locally and travels
doing youth lacrosse camps around the country.

While at Queen Anne's I was a three year varsity starter on the
women's basketball team. I was team captain both junior (95'-96') and
senior (96'-97') seasons. I also averaged double doubles in both junior and
senior seasons for scoring and rebounding. Also during my tenure I was

Associates Degree in liberal arts and sciences. I played 2 years for the
women's basketball team and earned the following honors there.

After college I began working for Verizon communications in Delaware. I've
been with Verizon for 17 years. I currently reside in Bridgeville, Delaware
with my husband Matt Phillips and two children Kinley (4) and Kolin (2).

Sports – Soccer, swimming and lacrosse
While at QACHS Ali was a 12 Varsity Letter athlete and participated
in swimming, soccer, and lacrosse. Was State Champion for
Swimming in 2007 and 2009. Started on Varsity Soccer team
freshman year. She was the soccer captain both her junior and
senior year and was First team All Mid-Shore Sophomore and
Junior years. Ali was also a member of HOSA-Health Occupation
Students of America and was state vice president, and a member
of SGA. After graduating she attended East Carolina University
where she played club lacrosse. She is currently attending
Delaware Technical and Community College where she is studying
dental hygiene. She is currently working as a bartender at BJ’s on
the Water in Ocean City, MD.

Baseball – 4 year Varsity Starter. 1st Team All-Conference junior and senior
year for Pitching and Shortstop. Awarded “Ace of the Pitching Staff” in
sophomore campaign. Captain junior and senior year. 1st Team All-
Conference and MVP junior year batting .422 . Nominee to pre-season All-
State team senior year. Defensive Player of the Year with NO errors at
shortstop senior year. Batted .400 carrying much of the pitching load with an
ERA under 3.00 senior year. Earned 8 wins as both starting and relief pitcher
senior year. Career .400 batting average.
Soccer - 4 year Varsity/3 year Starter. 1st Team All-Conference junior and
senior year. Captained 2 Bayside Championship and 2 East Regional
Championships Soccer teams. Awarded Master of Sports for competing in 3
Varsity Sports junior and senior years (Baseball, Soccer, Weightlifting)
Selected as 2008 Senior Scholar Athlete. Played with 2 college showcase
teams -Delmarva Shorebirds (Salisbury, MD); Maryland Orioles (Baltimore
Metro League).
COLLEGE (SHEPHERD UNIVERSITY)
Awarded partial scholarship to play Division II Baseball at Shepherd
University (Shepherdstown, WV). Shepherd Baseball consistently ranked in
Top 20 in the nation for Division II programs. Redshirted true freshman year
becoming a 4 year Starter during next 4 seasons. Played 5 different
positions accumulating 154 hits in 501 career at-bats. Career batting
average of .307 with a junior year high of .340. Led team in fielding
percentage with a senior year high of .988, and a career percentage of .967
(17 errors in 452 chances). Earned 2 West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference (WVIAC) championship rings (freshman and junior year)
Captained junior year contributing to the WVIAC conference championship
Captained senior season. 66 career RBI, 30 of which came during senior
campaign. Career .363 slugging percentage.
Graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing.
EMPLOYMENT/PERSONAL
Sales Support Representative in the Kent County, MD office of Willard Agri-
Service, a liquid agricultural fertilizer company with 5 locations in the Mid-
Atlantic region. Married September 10, 2016 to Shaena Smith and currently
building a house on the family farm
