Our Inspiration . . .
MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN: DO NOT WAIT FOR CHANGE TO HAPPEN TO YOU
India has come a long way in its economic, social, and political evolution in the short space of 20 years. The geographical landscape, both urban and rural has changed and is unrecognizable from its 20 year vintage. Socially it has changed
almost unbelievably to the extent that generation gap is not about between parents and children, but even within the generation. Thus, what a 30 year old has seen in his formative years is a matter of mere hearsay for a 15 year old! This is what evolution is all about and it happens almost imperceptibly. Yet, we must be aware of these changes and evolve along with the times. Else, we risk being stranded between the past and present and lose out on the future! This is one reason why I have tried to keep pace with the onslaught of time – always ready for its relentless march – yet ensuring that I don't resist it, but adapt to it so that I do not get isolated in a world that has no place for misfits today. The difference between misery and solace, sorrow and happiness is all about how we respond to changes in our lives. Once we learn to understand that change is the only constant and reconcile to it, rather than resign ourselves to it, we would have won the battle and come out supreme! My advice to the young in age, and young at heart, always is to learn to make the most of the opportunities for growth which are now available in plenty as compared to a few years ago and to give 'change' a new meaning, by making it happen, rather than allowing it to dictate terms for you to adhere. Experience the immense satisfaction and happiness you get out of being able to successfully negotiate and win over change at every stage of life. I wish all the best to my young friends. “Anubhuti enters into Seventh year with this publication, a budding tender plant flourishing into a self-contendingtree grounded firmly into the past and solidifying the future. The NAAC peer team also appreciated editorial team for their creative work which provides platform to staff members and students to showcase their hidden talent. The editorial board like every year went through a stupendous task of selecting and finalizing the best of the best creative material for the magazine. We are overwhelmed with the humongous response both by the students and the staff members with their drafts.
“When you write more and more personal it becomes more and more universal.”
Writing is an act of reacting to the environment around you. An expression is a basic instinct of thoughtful mind and the act of writing is one of the fountain head of ideas that springs into poem or article. The writing comes to life when it meets its reader. Students are most enthusiastic budding creative expressionist who just need a platform to throw their ideas and emotions on the paper. A college magazine is there to capitulate all those expressions for the tasteful readers. “Anubhuti” is one of the most eagerly awaited moment for students, staff and all those associated with Indira family. The college magazine which showcases the literary expressions, social awareness and recognition to all the achievers in the academic and extracurricular activities, strengthens the internal bonding amongst the Indiraites as one family. We tried our best to accommodate all the deserving articles and poems into the magazine hope this seventh edition of Anubhuti will set the bar higher with its interesting and novel material which will certainly astonish the reader. We would be delighted to receive your valuable feedback for motivation and self-retrospection.

You have your protocols follow them. You have your friends, use them. You have best friends, gossip with them. You have your personal opinions, share them. You have your problems, solve them.
You know your limits, overcome them. You have your family, be with them. You have your crush, tell him that you love him. You have your choice/s, make them. You have your life, love it, live it.
It is ok not to like someone or him. It is ok to blame someone or him. It is ok to hate someone or him for an instance. It is ok to avoid someone or him. It is ok to avoid a conversation with someone or him. Because he can accept anything, but he doesn't want to regret that he didn't tell you about how he feels about you, he used to have a crush on you, he used to like and now he is falling in love with you. He doesn't want to regret any one of the things.
What is the point of avoiding someone? Why you(especially girls) avoid conversation when someone tells you that he likes you? Is it a crime? Who the hell is he, alien? What if he just wants you to know, but don't want you to get hurt?
He just wants to express himself, and as he did, you avoid him? What if your crush also do the same with you, and then he avoids you the same way, you are avoiding him? You like your crush, you tell him the truth, he left you. End of your story.
He doesn't want to force you, to be with him forever. After telling you that he is having a crush on you or he likes you. Maybe he wants you to be you. Maybe he is just trying to tell you how he is feeling for you.
But what you want is, to have a little conversation with him. To be a friend to him. If you want the same, then what makes you think that someone, who is having a crush on you, doesn't want the things same as you? What difference does it make?
Falling in love with someone is easy, making someone believe that you love them is hard and not giving up on someone who doesn't give a damn about you is the hardest thing. It hurts when someone is talking with you. It hurts when someone else holds your hand. It hurts when he doesn't see you around. And it hurts, even more, when he sees you every day, but he can't express his feelings for you. It hurts not to be with you every day. There is always one more thing to say and to do if you listen to it carefully and act according. You know what he would like to have:
He wants to be with the girl he loves on Valentine's Day. He wants her to love him back. And he wants relief from the wrenching pain of knowing that won't happen. friends Will you be that girl? Will you be his Valentine?

We can't Let this kingdom Burn
People scared to get out of their home
Scared to see what they're shown,
Numerous people dyeing each day
What we're doing, we're letting the world decay.
Mothers crying, their children are dead
People depressed over the life, they've led.
we need to help them, they're our brothers
we need to shelter our homeless mothers
Come on now, under the sun
There's no use in trying to run
Let's go do what must be done
we can't let this kingdom burn
Every drop of human blood is priceless,
We humans are making a disatrous mess,
No matter their religion, colour or breed,
We must provide them the help they need,
We need to pluck the courage and see,
The sad end of many families.
Come on now, under the sun
There's no use in trying to run
Let's go do what must be done
We can't let this kingdom burn
The dark side still had not won
We can't let this kingdom burn

G.S.T. Activity th4 August, 2017
The activity was conducted by the students of SYBBA and SYBBA (IB) in the Reading Room, Dhruv, ICCS. The purpose of this activity was for a better understanding of the new tax policy implemented by the Government of
stIndia from 1 of July 2017. The presentation began with a strong and impactful introduction given by Neha Vyas a student of SYBBA. The faculty members were felicitated with roses by students at the entrance itself and were welcomed warmly. Following the tradition of Indira, the event began with the national anthem that was sung by everybody present at the location. Now, the highlight of the entire activity was amazingly performed skits. The skits were realistic, humorous, natural and carried messages that were conveyed to the audience with ease.Overall the skits were the Midas touch to the whole activity. The formal presentation was given in a subtle way. The topics were about why there is need of GST in India with pinpoint of intrastate GST (CGST & SGST), interstate GST (IGST) and UTGST, how GST will affect the consumers etc. The students had interviewed the “common man” as a part of the GST activity. This included businessmen, salon owners, electronic appliance dealers, etc. All the videos couldn't be played due to some technical issues. But that didn't really make any negative difference because of the impact that the other ones created. And the technical problem was excused by the audience. The poster making of GST also became a significant part of the activity. The posters were very creative, neat and sent a clear message to the viewers. They were based on the effects of GST; a few portrayed the scenario of opposing and supporting political parties and also showed a comparison between earlier taxes and GST. The students concluded by saying that, “we as the citizens of this country can make some predictions but only time will tell the real impact of GST.” And that we should try and be positive and supporting towards the government of our country. The skit, the presentation, the posters and the interviews, all things took place at the right time, in the right place and in the right way.A few questions were raised by the faculty and audiences about the impact of GST on community traditions (Langars), GDP, conditions of farmers, etc. Overall the whole presentation went on with great co-ordination among the students who participated with all their enthusiasm and spark. They were praised well by the faculty members and the audiences and they were definitely worth all the appreciation received.
