AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTSI, Name, single, Filipino, and a resident of 270 Dalisay St., Bacood, Sta Mesa Manila, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that :

1. I was married to in April 26, 1997;

2. That we have been separated in fact since 2001 and subsequently our marriage was annulled in 2007;

3. That I have come to know lately that in 2005, entered into a Contract to Sell with Empire East for the purchase of a one (1) unit 30 sqm condominium property in Cambridge Village Rizal;

4. That she has been paying for the property with her own money and I did not contribute any amount whatsoever for the payment of the same;

5. That later on she found out that Empire East Landholdings has no license to sell Cambridge Project Phase 2 and would like to refund all payments she made;

6. That I am waiving whatever rights I have over the property in favor of;

7. That I am executing this affidavit for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
