AEROL YTE CABINETSYSTEMSEliminate Chemical StrippingDry paint-stripping is a precisely controlledprocess for removing paint from delicate sur-faces. With this system the need for laborioussanding operations or the use of chemicals isa thing of the past. The Aerolyte System ofpaint stripping uses metered propulsion ofplastic particles which are directed at lowpressures toward the painted substrate. Thevelocity and angular shape of the AerolytePlastic Media results in breakdown andremoval of the paint to effect a cleaned sur-face. Because the process is operator con-trolled and sight-oriented, selective layer-by-layer paint removal is possible.

Aerolyte cabinet systems allow for completesurface preparation of subcomponent parts.Each cabinet system incorporates a completepaint-stripping mechanism as well as a mediareclaim and dust-collection system designedspecifically for use with plastic media.
