AEDES PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS FOR EMERGENCIES

In the wake of the escalating migrant crisis of the largest proportions, our innovative company is offering AEDES

Prefabricated 100% Re-Assemblable Buildings as an excellent, cheap and swift solution for providing housing

for an increasing number of refugees, as well as providing premises for all necessary ancillary services and

infrastructure, such as lunchrooms, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, administration offices, police stations or any

other type of facilities according to customer needs.

AEDES Prefabricated Buildings are proper buildings constructed with solid materials such as steel and our

innovative lightweight ELG-thermal concrete (not wooden or metal emergency cabins or containers offered by our

competitors that cannot be long lasting solution to any emergency) and can be constructed in accordance with any

urban planning requirements so that they fit into architectural surroundings. Upon customer wishes they can

thus be used for construction of temporary, semi-permanent or permanent residential areas. Moreover, an

initially temporary residential area can be moved and reassembled as a permanent solution on another location

(second life of AEDES buildings).

Thereby, dismantled AEDES Prefabricated Buildings (panels, beams and anchors) are not demolished, but are

used to easily and profitably assemble new AEDES Prefabricated Buildings of completely different dimensions,

architecture and number of floors and/or intended uses - such as schools, infirmaries, cultural institutions, refugee

camps, etc.), by easily and profitably reassembling them on any other location (similarly to “LEGO” pieces) –

city, country, even in Asia, Africa (second life of AEDES buildings). Therefore, THERE IS NO NEED TO

INVEST TWICE! Instead of investing in a production of new buildings, dismantled AEDES Prefabricated Buildings

are resurrected as completely new facilities. As a result, valuable financial resources are saved and can be invested

elsewhere!

On 1 February 2016, our innovative ELG Concretes were awarded the "Seal of Excellence" in a highly competitive

evaluation process by the European Commission.

The core advantages of AEDES Prefabricated Buildings when compared to any other solution offered by our

competitors are the following:

1. AEDES Prefabricated Buildings are 100% mounting-dismantling and re-assemblable energy-efficient and

seismic-safe modular buildings made with large panels.

3. Our innovative and modular revolutionary AEDES construction system enables completion of 90% of a fully

finished AEDES Prefabricated Building in factory and only 10% on site.

covers the entire production of AEDES Building, including electric and sanitary installations therein, ex works

Serbia, without concrete foundations, transportation and mounting).

changed similarly to “LEGO” pieces. Using the very same AEDES-panels, we can construct buildings of

various architectural designs, number of floors and intended use.

10. Our unique AEDES-panels, which we use for construction of all walls and ceilings of AEDES

Prefabricated Buildings, are made from structural steel frame and the following panel infilling:

plasterboard, innovative ecological ELG-thermal concrete with high load-bearing capacity and small

thermal conductivity, steam barrier, thermal insulation and facade cover (according to customer’s choice:

color-mortar-facade, brick-veneer façade, wooden facade etc.).

11. AEDES-prefabricated-buildings system is an open-architecture modular system and enables the use of

materials of different qualities and prices in our AEDES-panels. Thus, we can easily, swiftly and at

virtually no additional costs adjust any type of AEDES Prefabricated Building to various needs of our

customers based on different target quality and prices of the construction materials used (various cold-

steel-profiles, portfolio of 500 different ELG-thermal concretes, different thermal insulation solutions and

facade covers – the attests are issued by accredited laboratories in line with EU ISO 17000 standards).

12. Transportation is simple and cheap, since all AEDES-panels have small mass, dimensions perfectly

fitting standardized transportation containers (the height of AEDES-panel is 3.0÷4.5m, the width is

1.2÷2.4m and thickness is 10÷20cm). Therefore, the construction price of AEDES Prefabricated Buildings is

competitive even on the markets remote more than 10000km from a factory, which cannot be matched by

any competitor in the EU. It makes them excellent export product.

13. Mounting is extremely swift, simple and cheap thanks to simple interlocking joint connections between

the AEDES-panels through bolts.

14. Production of AEDES Prefabricated Buildings is sustainable – AEDES Prefabricated Buildings have a

second life just like used cars and are not turned into waste but reused on a different location or sold to

another further to another end-user- therefore, there is no pollution with additional landfills and no need

for production of new construction materials for new buildings. Furthermore, AEDES Prefabricated Buildings

are built with ELG-thermal concretes containing recycled industrial waste (we save about 70% of natural

granulate and 15% of cement).

15. AEDES Prefabricated Buildings are energy-efficient and require up to 5 times less energy for heating

and/or cooling than it is the case in contemporary prefabricated buildings. AEDES-prefabricated-

buildings require only 15÷50Kwh/m2/year. According to the new EU legislation, the recommended energy

consumption should be 50Kwh/m2/year.

16. AEDES Prefabricated Buildings are seismic-safe and resistant against destructive effects of earthquakes

(magnitude 9th Richter) and storms blowing over 300km/h.

Exterior walls: façade cover of ELG-thermal concrete and with thermal insulation, ELG-thermal concrete, thermal

insulation, steam barrier, ELG-thermal concrete and inside cover.

Inner walls: inside cover, ELG-thermal concrete, sound barrier, ELG-thermal concrete and inside cover.

Ceiling÷Plate floor: ELG-thermal concrete, sound barrier and ceiling cover.

Roof: variant 1 - roof cover, wooden construction, variant 2 – roof cover, ELG-thermal concrete, thermal insulation,

steam barrier and ceiling cover.

we can easily design buildings of various dimensions, architecture and number of floors for different intended

and target price. Even after the construction is finished, dimensions, architecture and number of floors of AEDES

Prefabricated Buildings can be easily changed similarly to “LEGO” pieces and those buildings can be swiftly and
