● Salsco hired Brandon Cole as a Regional Sales Manager and he’ll be covering

the states of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. Brandon

will sell directly to end users in some markets and work with existing dealers in

established markets. He will also be looking to develop relationships with new

dealers in untapped markets.

● Salsco has hired Tommy Cramer to work Trade Shows nationwide and give

factory support to DLRS.

● Salsco had the first production runs of the Salsco Slab Chipper, Models SC-6

and SC-12. These Salsco Slab Chippers are getting delivered this December.

● Salsco has almost completed testing of a new Salsco Track Paver, Model TP-

44C, which is a take off from the Model TP-44. The Model TP-44C will be able

to put down concrete side walk saving hours of labor.

● Salsco’s complete line of rollers is doing well and will see minimal changes

until The Golf Industry Show in Feb 2015.

● Salsco has installed a new Plasma Cutting Machine which has helped with

Quality & Production of Steel Parts.

● Salsco has ordered a second Plasma Machine capable of cutting 2” plate like

Butter.

● Salsco has made several changes throughout the Factory in an effort to improve

Production and Quality.

● Salsco Rental Reps continue to plant Sales Seeds on all products - a very

productive 2015 Selling Season is Expected.

I expect a great year in 2015, for the following reasons
