We see now in the most recent times some adolescents how they fall back,swing and keep not steadfast
on the rinciples and so they turned just like the politics and the reality turns.in reality this has many
reasins but I mention biggest reasons
First of all,some people jump over the rights of the religion and the fact so they ut themselves on an
equal footing in the position of ibn taimiyya without even being equal to the shoes of ibn taimiyya.then
the matter reaches so that they would have found them. So that the position they cannot bear. Because
they read the biography or something of ibn taimiyya and want to do what ibn taimiya also did without
the existing preliminaries of ibn taimiyya.so they take the results but not the means. there is no doubt
that someone who does this only harm himself and his emman, therefore this person doesn’t offer
himself to those tests because he cannot bear them .some practicing adolescents say that they want to
scarifies themselves and they do something which might be acceptable yet they did not act by the
means which lead t this deeds and so they are tested with something they cannot bear,
And so they are tested with something they cannot bear and this leads to falling back.
Secondly
The love of lot of adolescents to some scholars, callers and good doers in a way that they practice now
malicious gossip, slander, insulting, abuse, the categorization of scholars and the comparisons - “This
one is more knowing, this one is more dangerous, this one knows more off pat etc.” without knowledge.
And so they fall into malicious gossip, slander, classification and many more. Those things lead the
servant to deviation and disorientation. And Abu Ya’la mentioned in ‘Tabaqat Ibn Rajab’ sayings and
stories about some people who disagreed because of the malicious gossip and the slander and because
they attacked the honor of the righteous and there is much more about this and the biographies of the
imams. And the book of al muqaddim, Muhammadh ibn Ismail is good it is called Hurmathul ahlil Islam,
a good and useful on this topic
Thirdly
Little deeds, because they do nothing. They talk and chat more than they do. You see adolescents who
say talks and decide something with the pretext to report the truth. And that this is no malicious gossip
for him but yet as insubordination within himself. He has malicious gossip, slander, stands up rarely in
the night and he even neglects the far salah. Those issues, when someone neglects Allah’s rights and is
busy with the reality of the other things (or similar) and sees a dust corn in the eye of his brother but he
does not see the mutilation to lead him to deviation
Fourthly
The carry what they cannot bear and it is normal that when a person carries something which he cannot
bear it will lead him to deviation. And so it is coercive that the teacher does not give everything he
knows. He gives the adolescent what they can bear and what suits them, look at the times of prophet sal
when Abu Dhar came to him when he became muslim and he said let me proclaim from within them He
said no return to your people and when you hear from me that you already have proclaim so return to
me. So the prophet used to care about the people and because the people differ more in their power
and patients than in their form and name. Look at the fitnah in the time of Imam Ahmed, Abu Mamar,
Ahmed Ibn Maani, Ali Ibn AL MAdeen, yehya ibn Mueen obeyed these are the ladders of the Imams in
these times. They obeyed didn’t bar they dint succeed only three was remain steadfast, Ahmed,
Mohamed ibn nor and his brother Kusa’a, Kusa’a was killed. Mohamed ibn Noor died on the ship, and
only Ahmed did remained. Some of his companion asked him oh abu Abdillah don’t you see how
falsehood triumps against truth? He said never as long as the heart are steadfast the truth will remain
victorious. It is requited that the muslim when he is steadfast and Allah accorded favour to him with
guidance and brotherhood of the righteous that it is his duty to command a good and to prohibit the
evil. Whomever with knowledge and mercy to others Allah said ‘reservants to whom he had given mercy
from us and taught him from us knowledge 16:65 and he should not enter which means nothing to him
and which is not good for him he should leave this matters to his scholar and define for himself a time
where he worships allah. And to keep the right of Allah his words shall not always be more than his
silence and his words not more than his actions because we lack in this
Fifthly
Ar riyah
This leads the slave to deviation
Sixthly = The self admiration
Some people admire their action and disregard the other peoples actions. A kind of arrogant such a
thing leads the slave to deviation.
Sevethly
The lacking of contact with the scholars and the people of knowledge, one in isolation with himself
either because one thinks that is he is someone worth mentioning or because he did not see the reality
of the people and that there is no one with him who has religion and Islam and when one is asked if
there is no scholar may be he imagines that there is nobody except for him (hard to understand)
And from Umar Ibn abdul Aziz It was narrated that he said ‘ When it is said, while the mankind stands
between paradise. And hell that all the persons ae in paradise but one then I am anxious that I am the
one
The reality is that some people underestimate themselves and do not sit with the scholars and the
righteous in oreer to benefit from them that they may help him and re mind him Allah and just like some
sahabaah said ‘sit with us then we believe for one hour’ so they learned this matter but the still feared
fro themselves. Those are probably the biggest appearances but in my opinion the biggest appearances.
Is the lack of chastity or security among the youngsters . An you can test this on some matters tha some
people thinks they are like Ibn Taymiyyah and accordingly watches tv and they do not care He says I
know myself But yet he doesn’t know himself Quickly he falls into the pit of the beauty of women
whoare a big fitnah on tv channels An then he falls in temptations because of the women and sexual
intercourse and what onnects those in forbidden things to slacken the reins watching tv channels full of
courage leads without a doubt to deviation and their proof is the statement of the prophet sal I never
left a temptation after me which is more harmful for the men that the women (agreed upon)
