Advertising Mail What is it?Advertising Mail is a Royal Mail Wholesale service designed to help businesses save money on their marketing campaign postage.

What are the savings?There are significant discounts to be achieved on Letters and Large Letters when you use Advertising Mail.

• Letter or Large Letter formats

• Minimum 4,000 items

• Campaign data must be run in the last 30 days against the Mailing Preference Service (MPS),

Royal Mails Postal Address file (PAF) and your own internal opt-out suppressions file

• A Royal Mail Seed must be included in your mailing. ONEPOST can arrange this for you, just ask us

about our Seeds Reporting Service.

Responsible Mail How can I save even more?Did you know that if you use the Advertising Mail service, you can save even more on your postage if you make your mailing environmentally friendly? Responsible Mail is a Royal Mail Wholesale add-on option for all your mailings that qualify as Advertising Mail.

What are the savings? There are two levels of Responsible Mail™ – Entry and Intermediate. If you qualify for Responsible Mail, you will have also qualified for the Advertising Mail discount. Please see our website for up-to-date figures.

• There are some quite strict criteria that your mailing must meet to achieve the Responsible Mail dis-counts. Please see our website for this in full.

• You will need to demonstrate your mailing has been produced in an environmentally friendly way, including the recycled content and type of chlorine-free paper you have used, and the recyclability of the finished mailing pack.

• You will also have to prove the environmental credentials of the paper mills you have sourced the paper from, and of the printers and mailing houses you choose to use.
