Urpromotions Magazine is a webzine that supports unsigned and independent labeled bands. For rock, metal, alternative, punk bands with original material.

Demographic: Young adults between the ages of 16-25 Worldwide.

Mission Statement: To provide an outlet for bands to promote their music and be heard by those in the music industry.

How do we achieve this? We achieve this by marketing worldwide which gives us an

unlimited amount of resources to market to places such as record labels, managers, clothing stores, record stores, clubs, radio stations, promotion companies the list goes on and on.

Projected Growth Through constant PR through music conferences and festivals worldwide and local sponsorship for bands and viral techniques through band and company referrals the amount of views should reach a few thousand views in a few months and over a year should reach tens of thousands of viewers. As far as growth in sales the magazine is a free publication and we make money off the advertising.

Industry Trends Statics have shown that magazines are abled to sustain growth even within an economy crisis. Industry standards for the wall street journal have still continued despite industry trends. What does this mean for you?

Even with the economy and with unlimited resources using a worldwide market obviously the possibilities for exposure of your brand is unlimited. If you are band that means your band is being exposed to other parts of the world which will develop a fan base before you start touring. If you are a business then it allows you to expand and reach a larger audience which ulitimately should increases your bottom line.

What are the Advertising Options? Right now Urpromotions Magazine is offering two options of advertising. You can place an ad in our magazine and/or our official website. Our schedule for publication is no later than the 15th of each month (with the exception of the September issue because it is already available online).

We should receive the advertisements no later than the 10th of each month. All advertisements obtained after the 10th will go on to the next months magazine.

What process is needed to place an advertisement? Wwe are currently accepting money orders only. For the October issue only our rates are $10 per ad and will run through the 15th of the month to the 15th of the following month. Please specify if you want to place the ad in our magazine or website. If you wish to place an ad in both specify that as well and will be $10 per ad placement meaning if you have one ad in the magazine and one on the official website it will be $20. Be sure to check out both of our sites. Note: the prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Prices will go up after the introductory offer in the October Issue.

About banner placement Currently Urpromotions Magazine does not cycle banner ads on our magazine site nor on the official website. There is also no pay per click options either. Just a flat rate no hidden fees or other charges.

What other related companies are charging for banner ads? In general placing a banner ad can be quite costly. According to webpronews website the average cost for placing a banner ad is around $72. Places like myspace charge not only through banner rotation but also pay per click which can make it very costly.
