Many adverbs end with lyly. You make these

adverbs by adding ly ly to adjectives.

Some words that end in lyly are not adverbs. Some adjectives end in lyly too.

For Example:-

1.Sam was feeling very lonely.

2.She was wearing a lovely dress.

The girls answered all the questions correctly.

He was driving carelessly.

Adverbs of Manner:

Some adverbs describe the way people do things.

Examples :

The boys are playing upstairs.

I’ve lived here for about two years.

Adverbs of Place:

Some adverbs answer the question “where?”. They are called adverbs of place.

Examples :

The train has already left.

He comes here daily.

Adverbs of Time:

Some adverbs answer the question “when?”.They are called adverbs of time.

1. I carefully glued the last piece onto the model.2. Francis played on the beach yesterday.3. I will visit my friend tomorrow.4. George, will you come here?5. They swam lazily in the pool.6. Underline the action verb and circle the adverb that modifies it. Indicate if the adverb is of
