Behavior Expectations
• Theme: Respect, Responsible, Ready• Keep all hands, feet, objects, etc to
yourself• Follow directions the first time they
are given and remain on task• Come into class quietly, with all class
materials, turn in homework and begin work immediately
Behavior Plan
• Behavior Plan is team wide • Warning• Lunch Detention• Phone Call to Parents• Parent Conference• 1 Day Suspension with assignment
Homework
• Students can expect homework 3-5 days of the week
• Homework will build upon/reinforce the lesson for the day
• Examples of HW Assignments, projects, vocabulary, chapter outlines and any unfinished classwork
Assessments
• Projects will be given at the end of each chapter• Quizzes will be given weekly on Thursdays, except on
weeks where there is a test or project due• Tests will be given at the end of a unit • Tests and projects are worth 50% of grade• Quizzes are worth 20%
Notes
• Pack of Sticky Notes • New Parents: Access to Skyward is coming
within the next week; returning parents should already have access
• Check your email daily for important CACS updates
• The uniform grace period ends Tuesday (9/2)
• If your child’s Monday shoes are too big or too small, due to an error on part, we can exchange them if they are NOT worn
• Grandparents Day (9/5): RSVP by 9/3 with a $5 reservation fee for lunch
