Easy how-to-use steps to activate the unit:

1. Put the Electro-pad onto the required position of your body.2. Place your clean feet (without socks) on the footplate, and ensure full contact between your feet and the plate.3. Press Power Switch on the Panel and the blue indicator light will turn on.4. Three working functions in total: Foot Mode, Body pressure point massage with Electro-pad, or Combining different modes cycle for foot massage and body pressure with Electro-pad.

5. Four Massage Method MODE’s in total: Pound, Relax, Massage, and Auto Circulation, which could be set via panel or remote control. 6. Time is set via “T ” ＋ and “T ” － buttons to accomplish 5/10/15/30/45/60 minute setting. 7. Output will be set via “<” and “>” buttons in 30-degree increments.8. Push Stop on panel and all indicators on displayer will be turned off.9. At beginning and end of session drink a glass of water to help flush out toxins.
