Thermal steady currentDepending on cross-section, ambient temperature and cable type, RobiFix can be used for a thermal steady current up to 223 A. With two RobiFix in a stacked configuration (RobiFix-Twin-Power), max 421 A are possible (page 19). This is ideal for aluminium spot-welding guns.

熱平衡電流ケーブルの断面・タイプや周囲温度によっても異なりますが、RobiFixは熱平衡電流223 Aまでの通電に対応します。二つのRobiFixをサンドイッチ状に重ねる事で（RobiFix-Twin- Power)、最大 421Aの通電が可能です（19ページ参照）。これはアルミニウムのスポット溶接用ガンに最適です。

Aluminum welding requires more welding current, usually more than 250 A on the primary side. Therefore bigger cables and larger power connectors are needed. With conventional solution, the robot dress-out would become extremely rigid. Thanks to RobiFix-TwinLock, you can carry up to 421 A (thermal steady current) and still keep the flexibility of your dresspack, even with single conductors up to 50 mm².












アルミニウム溶接はより大きい溶接電流を必要とし、通常一次側は250A以上です。それ故により大きなケーブルと電力コネクタを必要とします。従来のソリューションではロボットドレスパックが固くなりすぎますが、RobiFixツインロックは最大421 A（熱平衡電流）を可能とし、50mm²単線でもドレスパックはフレキシブル性を保ちます。

Mounting type 2 with angled adapter

Complete economic solution for spot-welding robots with an automatic tool-changer

Example: RobiFix in use as an electrical supply line for the power module on a Stäubli MPS-system (tool-changer).With RobiFix, you can standardize and install very economi-cally, the primary circuit connection from the robot base (J1) to the welding gun (J6).Benefits: the power cables inside the robot dresspack always end in the same connector, with or without the tool-changer.The new standard makes it possible for end-users to reduce extra amounts of dresspacks and energy supplies for the robot to a minimum.The docking plug connector MGK4-180-RFA has the advantage of being able to be assembled straight onto the tool-changer or at 60 degree angle, allowing optimal cable management.

MGK4-180-RFA is a customer specific development from Multi-Contact for Stäubli Tec-Systems. Please refer to Stäubli for this solution (Connectors Division).

例：電源コネクタとしてStäubli社のMPSシステムに採用されているRobiFix。RobiFixを使用することにより、ロボットの土台(J1)からロボット溶接ガン(J6)までの一次回路接続を標準化でき、経済的に装着できます。利点:ツールチェンジャーの有無と関係なく、ロボットドレスパック内の電源ケーブルの両端は常に同じ形体のコネクタとなります。新しい標準によって、エンドユーザーはロボットのドレスパックと電源装置の数を最小限にできます。新しいドッキングコネクタMGK4 -180- RFAはツールチェンジャーにまっすぐにあるいは60°の角度で固定でき、最適なケーブルの取り回しが可能です。

The current capacity of a connection is limited by the thermal capacity of its contact, connecting and insulating materials. The derating diagram shows the continuous current (not inter-mittent) that flows through all the contact elements of a con-nector at one time, whereby the max temperature limit is not exceeded.

Note:When selecting cable cross sections, please also observe the DIN VDE 0298-4 and EN 60204-1/IEC 60204-1 standards.

Example: at 1000 Hz and with 50 mm2 (1/0 AWG) cables at 20 °C (68 °F) RobiFix can transmit a thermal study current of max 223 A. At a higher frequency of 3000 Hz, RobiFix can carry max 192 A (223 x 0.86).

接続部分の電流容量は、コンタクト、接続部分及び絶縁体の材質の耐熱温度により制限されます。ディレーティング表は、最大許容温度を超えることなく、コネクタの全てのコンタクトに同時に流せる連続通電電流（断続的ではなく）を示しています。

注: ケーブルの導体断面積を選択するとき、DIN VDE 0298-4や EN 60204-1/IEC 60204-1の規格にもご注意ください。

例）1000 Hzの周波数、50 mm2 （1/0 AWG）のケーブルで 20 °Cの場合、RobiFix連続で最大223Aの熱平衡電流を通電可能です。3000 Hzの高いは周波数では、RobiFix の最大通電電流は 192 Aになります（223 × 0.86）。

Current characteristics for short operating periods are displayed below, in addition to the maximum continuous current (graph above). The duty cycle is determined within one cycle duration (relationship between switch-on and pause time).

Example: With 50 mm2 (1/0 AWG) cables and at 20 °C(68 °F), RobiFix can transmit a thermal study current of max 223 A, representing a duty cycle of 100 %. With a switch-on dura-tion of 20% and a pause time of 80 %, RobiFix can carry max 418 A.Basis is a cycle time of 10 minutes, i.e. 20 % correspond to 2 minutes “on” and 8 minutes “off”.

最大連続通電電流（上の表）の表示に加え、下表では短時間動作における電流特性を示しています。デューティー比は一周期間で定義されます（通電時間と停止時間の比率）。

例）50 mm2 (1/0 AWG)のケーブルで 20 °Cの場合、RobiFix連続で最大223Aの熱平衡電流を通電可能です。この時、デューはティー比は100%です。通電 20％で停止80％の場合、RobiFix は最大418 Aの通電に対応します。デューティー比を定義する一周期は10分です。20％のデューティー比は、2分間のONと8分間のOFFに相当します。
