INTRODUCTION

Client: Pre K Children

The task is to entertain Pre K children by making an animation

Time allowed: 8 weeks

Unit Question: What should we do to entertain the Pre K children?

AOI: Community and Service


DESIGN BRIEF

During the investigation stage, I’m going to find some playdough animation for an example. When I got to the design stage, I will design 3 storyline and the characters in each story. After I chose the design that we will make, We make a gantt chart so that we know what to do. After the Gantt chart is finished, we start making the characters and the background. When the animation is done, we edit it in Imovie. Then, we upload it in studywiz and evaluate the product.


DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

Before we start making our animation, We got our

materials for making the characters that we need for

the animation and the materials that we need is clay.

We’re making one of the characters by making the clay

into a ball looking shape.

Week 1

After several minutes, we’ve done our 4 first

“worm” characters in the first day.

In the next day, we’ve done all of the characters needed and it’s all made from clay. We use the laptop to make

our animation

After we’re done making the other characters

needed for the animation, we put the characters in

the correct position like in our design.

When we’re making the animation, we got this idea for

making another unique character for the animation. The

characters is the one that was pointed.

Week 2

Everybody might think that this picture has nothing to do with the animation but it’s very important because we use it to separate the

scenes in our animation storyline.

The picture beside this paragraph is all of the

characters that we have made so far and it many and

scrambled around.

Week 3


DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE

When we’re in the middle on making the animation, we just

recognize that we forgot to make the jail that was in the storyline. So, we

make it as quick as possible and continue making our animation.

Week 4

After we’re done making the animation, we start to

edit the animation by putting in the music,

sound effects and musics


EVALUATION

The product has met all of the specifications and it was successful. There’s some points for the successful points of my product and it’s when we put the suitable music for the animation. The least successful points of the product is when the brightness of the animation is low and the animation need more improvement and musics.

The modifications that we’ll do is to put some music and try to make the brightness of the animation higher. We will make the animation shorter because nobody want to watch a long animation. There’s no impact to the society or the environment because this is just a movie that can’t harm anybody.
