The First Phase of the ADOCProject (2003 to 2008): Chinese Taipei first proposed in the 2003

APEC Economic Leaders Meeting. It aims to assist in transforming digital

divides into digital opportunitiesthroughout the Asia-Pacific region.

The Second Phase of the ADOCProject (2009 to 2011):

Invited Private-Sector and NGOs to Jointhe Cooperation

Combines the Spirit of Mobility &Affordability
