Adobe Creek Reservoir SWA - Kiowa and Bent Counties

From Las Animas on U.S. Highway 50, go 11 miles north on County Road 10 to the reservoir.

Wildlife Area Offers:

Hunting: Deer, Antelope, Rabbit, Pheasant, Scaled Quail, Dove, Waterfowl.

Fishing: Warm water

Regulations: In addition to those restrictions listed in regulation #900 the below listed provisions or restric-tions apply (see Chapter 9, http://cpw.state.co.us/aboutus/Pages/Regulations.aspx).

A. Public access is prohibited from one hour af-ter sunset to one hour before sunrise daily, except for fishing.

B. All terrain vehicles, dirt bikes, and snowmo-biles are prohibited.

C. Public access to the frozen surface of the lake is prohibited.

D. Public access to the dams, inlets, and outlet structures is prohibited, except for fishing.
