This product may allow you to extend its functionality by accessing certain features that are

hosted online, including the Adobe CS Live online services ("Online Services"). The Online

Install your software

1. Before you install, close all applications currently running on your system—including

other Adobe applications, Microsoft Office applications, and browser windows. It is also

recommended to temporarily turn off virus protection during the installation process.

2. You must have administrative privileges or be able to validate as an administrator.

3. Do one of the following:

Windows:

o Insert the DVD in your drive, and follow the on-screen instructions. If the

installer does not launch automatically, navigate to the Adobe CS5.5 folder

found at the root leel on the DVD and double-click Set-up.exe to start the

installation process.

o If you downloaded the software from the web, the installer will self-extract

and launch automatically. If the installer does not launch automatically, open

the folder, navigate to the Adobe CS5.5 folder, double-click Set-up.exe, and

then follow the on-screen instructions.

Mac:

o Insert the DVD in your drive, navigate to the application folder found at the

root level on your disk, double-click Install.app, and then follow the on-screen

instructions.

o If you downloaded the software from the web, open the folder, navigate to the

application folder, double-click Install.app, and then follow the on-screen

instructions.

4. If you are installing as an upgrade, the installer will check your system to find the valid

upgrade product. If it cannot find it, it will ask you to input the serial number of the product

being upgraded. You can also install the software in trial, then input your new and previous

serial numbers in the serialization screen shown during launch.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and Adobe After Effects CS5.5 32-bit vs. 64-bit Support

Windows versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and Adobe After Effects CS5.5 require a

64-bit edition of Windows Vista or Windows 7. This applies to both the standalone versions

of the applications as well as the components of Master Collection CS5.5.

You cannot install or run Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 or After Effects CS5.5 on any of

following operating systems:

32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows XP Home or Professional

32-bit editions of Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate,

or Enterprise

32-bit editions of Windows 7 Starter, Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate

32-bit vs. 64-bit support in Creative Suite 5.5

If you are using a 32-bit operating system, Adobe recommends that you upgrade to either:

64-bit edition of Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise

64-bit edition of Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate

To ease the transition to a 64-bit operating system, Master Collection CS5.5 includes a

support package that contains 32-bit versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects

CS4.

Until you upgrade to a compatible 64-bit operating system, you can install and use the 32-bit

support package included with your purchase. After you upgrade to a qualified 64-bit

operating system, you can install and use Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and After Effects

CS5.5.

Important: If you are upgrading from Production Premium CS4 or Master Collection CS4

you can continue to use your existing installations of After Effects CS4 and Adobe Premiere

Pro CS4, including OnLocation and Encore. You do not need to install the 32-bit support

package.

If you are upgrading from a standalone version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 or After Effects

CS4, you must uninstall it before you can install the 32-bit support package. This is because

standalone versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4 do not include

Dynamic Link. To benefit from the workflow enhancements of Dynamic Link you must

install the 32-bit Support package included with your purchase.

To uninstall Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 or After Effects CS4:

(Windows XP) Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click Add or Remove

Programs. Select the product that you want to uninstall, click Change/Remove, and

then follow the onscreen instructions.

(Windows Vista and Windows 7) Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click

Programs and Features. Select the product that you want to uninstall, click

Uninstall/Change, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Insert the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Content Disc into your machine and open the

Adobe After Effects CS4 and Premiere Pro CS4 for Windows 32 bit folder and then

the Adobe CS4 folder.

Double-click Setup.exe.

Follow the onscreen instructions to install the 32-bit support package.

When prompted to enter a serial number, enter your 32-bit support for CS5.5

Production Premium and Master Collection serial number to complete the installation.

Known issues

Flash Catalyst and Flash Builder cannot be selected for install when the user name

includes 4-byte characters. (#BG095682)

Some products will not launch when the user name includes 4-byte or special

characters, particularly the yen (¥) character. Affects Adobe Media Player, After

Effects, Contribute, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional. (#BG081099, BG095671,

BG094597, BG094587, BG095729, BG089964)

Flash Professional CS4 cannot be installed if CS5.5 is already installed. (#BG092750)

Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5.5 and After Effects CS5.5 will install on Windows XP 64-

bit, however they will not launch properly. Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and After

Effects CS5.5 require a 64-bit edition of Windows Vista or Windows 7. (#BG097289)

After serializing a trial of Premiere Pro CS5.5, it may take several minutes to start the

installation of the additional protected content. Re-launching Premiere Pro after

serializing will install the protected content immediately.

Note: In order to install additional components or reinstall your software after your original

installation, you will need access to the original installer (DVD or the download from the

web). Repair is not an available option.

Uninstall your software

Before you uninstall, close all applications currently running on your system—including

other Adobe applications, Microsoft Office applications, and browser windows.

Do one of the following:

In Windows XP, open the Windows Control Panel and double-click Add or Remove

Programs. Select the product that you want to uninstall, click Change/Remove, and

then follow the on-screen instructions.

In Windows Vista and Windows 7, open the Windows Control Panel and double-click

Programs and Features. Select the product that you want to uninstall, click Uninstall,

and then follow the on-screen instructions.

IMPORTANT: Mac OS has new uninstall functionality. DO NOT drag applications to

the trash to uninstall them. To safely uninstall on Mac OS X, double-click the product

installer in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers or double-click on the Uninstall

alias located in the Application folder. Select Remove Preferences, then Authenticate

as an Administrator and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are uninstalling subscription software, please note that uninstalling does not

cancel or stop your subscription. To cancel your subscription, please go to Your

Known issues

Products will not appear in the Deactivation screen until they have been launched.

(#BG091275)

On Windows, uninstalling a CS4 product after installing a CS5.5 product may affect

registry entries for CS5.5. (#BG081801)

Note: If you want to install the product on a different computer, you must first deactivate the

software on your computer. To deactivate, choose Help > Deactivate.

Trial software

Creative Suite 5.5 trials are "try and buy," meaning you can evaluate individual products or

editions of Creative Suite 5.5 and then convert the installed trial to a full version by

purchasing the product and entering the serial number at any time during or after the trial

period.

To convert your trial, enter the serial number from your purchase into the product screen that

counts down the remaining days in the trial. You can enter a serial number to convert the trial

at any time during the 30-day trial period or after the trial ends. If you purchased CS 5.5

Subscription Edition, you will need to be connected to the Internet and will be required to

enter an Adobe ID when prompted.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and Adobe After Effects CS5.5 trial

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and Adobe After Effects CS5.5 require a 64-bit edition of

Windows Vista or Windows 7. If you purchase the full version of Master Collection,

complimentary versions of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4 will be included.

You must accept the license agreement and warranty terms to use this

Registration information

Creating or entering an Adobe ID registers your software and sets up access to Adobe CS

Live online services. In order to take advantage of your complimentary access to CS Live

online services, and get up-to-date product information, training, newsletters, and invitations

to Adobe events and seminars, you must register your product.

Font installation

All font related documentation is online. Visit

OpenType User Guide, OpenType ReadMe, links to font specific readmes, listings of fonts

installed by the different CS5.5 products, and listings of fonts included on DVD for each of

the CS5.5 products.

The Creative Suite 5.5 installer installs fonts into a default system font directory. If the

installer finds older versions of these fonts in the default system font directory, it will

uninstall the older versions, and save them to a new directory. The default system font

directory is:

Apple Macintosh: <System Disk>/Library/Fonts

Windows: <System Disk>:\Windows\Fonts

The older fonts will be saved in the new directory:

Apple Macintosh: <System Disk>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SavedFonts/current

Windows: <System Disk>:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\SavedFonts\current

This new directory will also contain a file named "Read Me.html" which lists the saved fonts,

and the version numbers of the new and old font files.

You can re-install the older fonts by deleting the new font files from the default system font

directory, and moving the old files back into that directory.

Installation du logiciel 1. Avant d’installer le logiciel, fermez toutes les applications en cours d’exécution sur le système, y compris les autres applications Adobe, les applications Microsoft Office et les fenêtres de navigateur. Il est également conseillé de désactiver temporairement la protection antivirus lors du processus d’installation.

2. Vous devez disposer des droits d’administration ou être en mesure de valider des opérations en tant qu’administrateur.

3. Procédez de l’une des façons suivantes :

Windows :

o Insérez le DVD dans le lecteur et suivez les instructions qui s’affichent à l’écran. Si le programme d’installation ne se lance pas automatiquement, accédez au dossier Adobe CS5.5 situé à la racine du DVD, puis double-cliquez sur Set-up.exe pour commencer l’installation.

o Si vous avez téléchargé le logiciel sur Internet, le programme d’installation est extrait et se lance automatiquement. Si le programme d’installation ne se lance pas automatiquement, ouvrez le dossier, accédez au dossier Adobe CS5.5, double-cliquez sur Set-up.exe puis suivez les instructions qui s’affichent.

Macintosh :

o Insérez le DVD dans le lecteur, accédez au dossier de l’application se trouvant à la racine du disque, double-cliquez sur Install.app, puis suivez les instructions qui s’affichent à l’écran.

o Si vous avez téléchargé le logiciel sur le Web, ouvrez le dossier correspondant, accédez au dossier de l’application, double-cliquez sur Install.app, puis suivez les instructions qui s’affichent à l’écran.

4. Si vous installez une mise à niveau, le programme d’installation vérifie le système pour trouver la mise à niveau correcte pour le produit. S’il n’en trouve aucune, le système vous invite à saisir le numéro de série du produit pour lequel vous installez la mise à niveau. Vous pouvez également installer une version d’essai du logiciel, puis saisir le nouveau numéro de série et le numéro précédent dans l’écran de numéro de série lors du lancement.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 et Adobe After Effects CS5.5 : prise en charge 32 bits ou 64 bits

Les versions Windows d’Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 et d’Adobe After Effects CS5.5 requièrent une édition 64 bits de Windows Vista ou de Windows 7. Cet impératif s’applique aussi bien aux versions autonomes des applications qu’aux composants de Master Collection CS5.5.

Vous ne pouvez pas installer ni exécuter Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 ou After Effects CS5.5 sur l’un des systèmes d’exploitation suivants :

Prise en charge 32 bits/64 bits requise pour Creative Suite 5.5

Si vous utilisez un système d’exploitation 32 bits, Adobe vous recommande d’effectuer une mise à niveau vers l’un des systèmes d’exploitation suivants :

Désinstallation du logiciel Avant de désinstaller le logiciel, fermez toutes les applications en cours d’exécution sur le système, y compris les autres applications Adobe, les applications Microsoft Office et les fenêtres de navigateur.

Procédez de l’une des façons suivantes :

• IMPORTANT : Mac OS dispose d’une nouvelle fonctionnalité de désinstallation. NE faites PAS glisser les applications vers la corbeille pour les désinstaller. Pour désinstaller en toute sécurité le logiciel sous Mac OS X, cliquez deux fois sur le programme d’installation du produit dans Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers ou cliquez deux fois sur le raccourci Désinstaller dans le dossier Application. Sélectionnez Supprimer les préférences, identifiez-vous en tant qu’administrateur, puis suivez les instructions qui s’affichent à l’écran.

Installieren der Software 1. Schließen Sie vor der Installation alle auf dem System derzeit ausgeführten Anwendungen, einschließlich anderer Adobe-Anwendungen, Microsoft Office-Anwendungen und Browserfenstern. Ebenso wird empfohlen, während des Installationsvorgangs alle Virenschutzprogramme zu deaktivieren.

2. Sie müssen über administrative Rechte verfügen oder sich als Administrator anmelden können.

3. Führen Sie einen der folgenden Schritte durch:

Windows:

o Legen Sie die DVD in das Laufwerk ein und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm. Wird das Installationsprogramm nicht automatisch gestartet, doppelklicken Sie im Ordner „Adobe CS5.5“ auf der Stammebene der DVD auf „Setup.exe“, um den Installationsvorgang zu starten.

o Falls Sie die Software aus dem Internet heruntergeladen haben, startet der Installationsassistent automatisch. Falls der Installationsvorgang nicht automatisch gestartet wird, öffnen Sie den Ordner, navigieren Sie zum Ordner „Adobe CS5.5“ und doppelklicken Sie auf „Setup.exe“. Befolgen Sie dann die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Mac:

o Legen Sie die DVD in das Laufwerk, navigieren Sie auf der Stammebene der Festplatte zum Anwendungsordner, doppelklicken Sie auf „Install.app“ und befolgen Sie die angezeigten Anweisungen.

o Wenn Sie die Software aus dem Internet heruntergeladen haben, öffnen Sie den Ordner, navigieren Sie zum Anwendungsordner und doppelklicken Sie auf „Install.app“. Befolgen Sie dann die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

4. Wenn Sie eine Aktualisierung installieren, überprüft das Installationsprogramm das System auf gültige aktualisierbare Produkte. Wird das Produkt nicht gefunden, werden Sie dazu aufgefordert, die Seriennummer des Produkts einzugeben, das aktualisiert werden soll. Sie können die Software auch als Testversion installieren und später Ihre neue oder bisherige Seriennummer in das dafür vorgesehene Fenster beim Anwendungsstart eingeben.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 und Adobe After Effects CS5.5 – 32-Bit- und 64-Bit-Unterstützung

Für Windows-Versionen von Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 und Adobe After Effects CS5.5 ist eine 64-Bit-Version von Windows Vista oder Windows 7 erforderlich. Dies gilt sowohl für die Einzelversionen der Anwendungen als auch für die Komponenten von Master Collection CS5.5.

Sie können Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 oder After Effects CS5.5 auf den folgenden Betriebssystemen weder installieren noch ausführen:

• 32-Bit- und 64-Bit-Versionen von Windows XP Home und Professional • 32-Bit-Versionen von Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate

oder Enterprise • 32-Bit-Versionen von Windows 7 Starter, Home Premium, Professional oder Ultimate

32-Bit- und 64-Bit-Unterstützung in Creative Suite 5.5

Falls Sie ein 32-Bit-Betriebssystem verwenden, empfiehlt Ihnen Adobe ein Ugrade auf die folgenden Betriebssysteme:

• 64-Bit-Version von Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, Ultimate oder Enterprise • 64-Bit-Version von Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional oder Ultimate

Bis zur Aktualisierung auf ein kompatibles 64-Bit-Betriebssystem können Sie die 32-Bit-Versionen installieren und nutzen, die in dem von Ihnen erworbenen Paket enthalten sind. Nach der Aktualisierung auf ein in Frage kommendes 64-Bit-Betriebssystem können Sie Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 und After Effects CS5.5 installieren und nutzen.

Wichtig: Wenn Sie von Production Premium CS4 oder Master Collection CS4 aktualisieren, können Sie einfach die bestehende Installation von Adobe After Effects CS4 und Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 (einschließlich OnLocation CS4 und Encore CS4) weiter verwenden. Sie müssen in diesem Fall das 32-Bit-Unterstützungspaket nicht installieren.

Wenn Sie von einer eigenständigen Version von Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 oder After Effects CS4 aktualisieren, müssen Sie diese zunächst deinstallieren, bevor Sie das 32-Bit-Unterstützungspaket installieren können. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die eigenständigen Versionen von Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 und After Effects CS4 nicht Dynamic Link enthalten. Um die optimierten Arbeitsabläufe in Dynamic Link nutzen zu können, müssen Sie das 32-Bit-Unterstützungspaket installieren, das in dem von Ihnen erworbenen Paket enthalten ist.

So deinstallieren Sie Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 oder After Effects CS4:

• (Windows XP): Öffnen Sie die Windows-Systemsteuerung und doppelklicken Sie auf „Software“. Wählen Sie das Produkt, das Sie deinstallieren möchten, und klicken Sie auf „Ändern/Entfernen“. Befolgen Sie dann die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

• (Windows Vista und Windows 7) Öffnen Sie die Windows-Systemsteuerung und doppelklicken Sie auf „Programme und Funktionen“. Wählen Sie das Produkt, das Sie deinstallieren möchten, klicken Sie auf „Deinstallieren/Ändern“ und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

• Legen Sie die Inhalts-DVD der Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 in das Laufwerk ein und öffnen Sie dann den Ordner für Adobe After Effects CS4 und Premiere Pro CS4 für Windows 32 Bit und den Ordner für Adobe CS4.

• Doppelklicken Sie auf Setup.exe. • Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm, um das 32-Bit-Unterstützungspaket zu

installieren. • Wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden, eine Seriennummer einzugeben, geben Sie Ihre

Seriennummer für die 32-Bit-Unterstützung von CS5.5 Production Premium und Master Collection ein, um die Installation abzuschließen.

Bekannte Probleme

• Flash Catalyst und Flash Builder können nicht installiert werden, wenn der Benutzername 4-Byte-Zeichen enthält. (#BG095682)

• Einige Produkte können nicht ausgeführt werden, wenn der Benutzername 4-Byte-Zeichen oder Sonderzeichen, insbesondere das Yen-Zeichen (¥) enthält. • Nach der Eingabe einer Vollversions-Seriennummer für eine Testversion von Premiere Pro CS5.5 kann es mehrere Minuten dauern, bevor die bisher gesperrten zusätzlichen Inhalte installiert werden. Deinstallieren der Software Schließen Sie vor der Deinstallation alle auf dem System derzeit ausgeführten Anwendungen – einschließlich anderer Adobe-Anwendungen, Microsoft Office-Anwendungen und Browserfenstern.

Führen Sie einen der folgenden Schritte aus:

• Windows XP: Öffnen Sie die Windows-Systemsteuerung und doppelklicken Sie auf „Software“. Wählen Sie das Produkt, das Sie deinstallieren möchten, klicken Sie auf „Ändern/Entfernen“ und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

• Öffnen Sie unter Windows Vista und Windows 7 die Windows-Systemsteuerung, und doppelklicken Sie auf „Programme und Funktionen“. Wählen Sie das Produkt aus, das Sie deinstallieren möchten, klicken Sie auf „Deinstallieren“ und befolgen Sie dann die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

• Wichtig: Mac OS verfügt über eine neue Deinstallationsfunktion. Verschieben Sie Anwendungen NICHT in den Papierkorb, um sie zu deinstallieren. Wenn Sie die Anwendung unter Mac OS X deinstallieren möchten, doppelklicken Sie unter „Programme/Dienstprogramme/Adobe Installers“ auf das Produktinstallationsprogramm oder im Anwendungsordner auf den Alias „Deinstallieren“. Wählen Sie „Voreinstellungen entfernen“ aus, authentifizieren Sie sich als Administrator und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

• Wenn Sie Subscription-Software deinstallieren, beachten Sie bitte, dass Ihre Mitgliedschaft durch die Deinstallation weder storniert noch beendet wird. Ihre Mitgliedschaft können Sie unter www.adobe.com/go/subscriptionedition_de kündigen.

Bekannte Probleme

• Produkte werden im Deaktivierungsbildschirm erst angezeigt, nachdem sie gestartet wurden. (#BG091275)

• Wenn unter Windows ein CS4-Produkt deinstalliert wird, nachdem ein CS5.5-Produkt installiert wurde, kann dies Auswirkungen auf Registrierungseinträge für CS5.5 haben. (#BG081801)

Hinweis: Wenn Sie das Produkt auf einem anderen Computer installieren möchten, müssen Sie die Software zuerst auf Ihrem Computer deaktivieren. Wählen Sie dazu „Hilfe“ > „Deaktivieren“ aus.

Software-Testversion Bei Testversionen von Creative Suite 5.5 handelt es sich um „Try-and-Buy“-Versionen, d. h., Sie können einzelne Produkte oder Editionen von Creative Suite 5.5 testen und dann die installierte Testversion in eine Vollversion umwandeln, indem Sie das gewünschte Produkt erwerben und die entsprechende Seriennummer zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt während oder nach der Testphase eingeben.

Das Installationsprogramm der Creative Suite 5.5 installiert Schriftarten in ein dafür vorgesehenes Standardsystemverzeichnis. Wenn das Installationsprogramm ältere Versionen dieser Schriftarten im Standardsystemverzeichnis findet, werden die älteren Versionen

deinstalliert und in einem neuen Verzeichnis gespeichert. Das Standardsystemverzeichnis für Schriftarten lautet wie folgt:

Die älteren Schriftarten werden in folgendem neuen Verzeichnis gespeichert:

In diesem neuen Verzeichnis befindet sich auch eine Datei namens „Bitte lesen.html“, in der die gespeicherten Schriftarten und die Versionsnummern der neuen und alten Schriftdateien aufgeführt sind.

Die älteren Schriftarten können erneut installiert werden, indem Sie die neuen Schriftdateien aus dem Standardsystemverzeichnis löschen und die alten Dateien dorthin zurück verschieben.

Instalación del software 1. Antes de comenzar la instalación, cierre todas las aplicaciones que se estén ejecutando en el sistema, incluidas las aplicaciones de Adobe y Microsoft Office y las ventanas del navegador. También es recomendable desactivar temporalmente el antivirus durante el proceso de instalación.

2. Es necesario que tenga privilegios de administrador o que pueda validar como tal.

3. Siga uno de estos procedimientos:

Windows:

o Introduzca el DVD en la unidad y siga las instrucciones que aparecen en pantalla. Si el programa de instalación no se ejecuta automáticamente, desplácese hasta la carpeta Adobe CS5.5 que se encuentra en la raíz del DVD y haga doble clic en el archivo Set-up.exe para iniciar el proceso de instalación.

o Si ha descargado el software desde la web, el instalador se extraerá y se iniciará automáticamente. Si el instalador no se inicia automáticamente, abra la carpeta, desplácese hasta la carpeta Adobe CS5.5, haga doble clic en el archivo Set-up.exe y, a continuación, siga las instrucciones que aparecen en la pantalla.

Mac:

o Introduzca el DVD en la unidad, navegue hasta la carpeta de la aplicación ubicada en la raíz del disco, haga doble clic en Install.app y siga las instrucciones que aparecen en la pantalla.

Las versiones para Windows de Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 y Adobe After Effects CS5.5 requieren una edición de 64 bits de Windows Vista o Windows 7. Esto se aplica tanto a las versiones independientes de las aplicaciones como a las de los componentes de Master Collection CS5.5.

Para facilitar la transición a un sistema operativo de 64 bits, Master Collection CS5.5 incluye un paquete de compatibilidad que contiene versiones de Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 y After Effects CS4 de 32 bits.

Hasta que se actualice a un sistema operativo de 64 bits compatible, se puede instalar y utilizar el paquete de compatibilidad de 32 bits. Tras la actualización a un sistema operativo cualificado de 64 bits, es posible instalar y utilizar Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 y After Effects CS5.5.

Problemas conocidos

• No se puede seleccionar Flash Catalyst ni Flash Builder para la instalación cuando el nombre de usuario incluye caracteres de 4 bytes. (n.º BG095682)

• Algunos productos no se inician cuando el nombre de usuario incluye caracteres especiales o de 4 bytes, especialmente el carácter yen (¥). Afecta a Adobe Media Player, After Effects, Contribute, Dreamweaver y Flash Professional. (n.º BG081099, BG095671, BG094597, BG094587, BG095729, BG089964)

• Flash Professional CS4 no se puede instalar si CS5.5 ya está instalado. (n.º BG092750) • Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 y After Effects CS5.5 se instalarán en Windows XP de 64

bits, aunque no se iniciarán correctamente. Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 y After Effects CS5.5 requieren una edición de 64 bits de Windows Vista o Windows 7. (n.º BG097289)

• Tras serializar una versión de prueba de Premiere Pro CS5.5, se puede tardar varios minutos en iniciar la instalación del contenido protegido adicional. Al volver a iniciar Premiere Pro tras la serialización, se instalará el contenido protegido de forma inmediata.

Desinstalación del software Antes de comenzar la desinstalación, cierre todas las aplicaciones que se estén ejecutando en el sistema, incluidas las aplicaciones de Adobe y Microsoft Office, y las ventanas del navegador.

Realice una de las siguientes operaciones:

• Si está desinstalando el software de suscripción, tenga en cuenta que la desinstalación no cancelará ni anulará su suscripción. Si quiere cancelar su suscripción, vaya a la sección de suscripciones de www.adobe.com/go/subscriptionedition_es

Problemas conocidos

• Los productos no aparecerán en la pantalla de desactivación hasta que se hayan iniciado. (n.º BG091275)

• En Windows, la desinstalación de un producto CS4 tras instalar un producto CS 5.5 puede afectar a las entradas del registro para CS 5.5. (n.º BG081801)

Nota: si desea instalar el producto en un ordenador distinto, en primer lugar debe desactivar el software de su ordenador. Para ello, seleccione Ayuda > Desactivar.

Software de prueba Las versiones de prueba de Creative Suite 5.5 son de tipo "probar y comprar", lo que significa que puede evaluar productos o ediciones concretos de Creative Suite 5.5 y luego convertir la prueba instalada en una versión completa adquiriendo el producto e introduciendo el número de serie en cualquier momento del período de prueba o con posterioridad a éste.

Para convertir la versión de prueba, introduzca el número de serie adquirido en la pantalla de producto en la que se muestra la cuenta atrás de días restantes de prueba. Puede introducir un número de serie para convertir la versión de prueba en cualquier momento del período de prueba de 30 días o una vez que finalice la prueba. Si ha adquirido CS 5.5 Subscription Edition, deberá disponer de conexión a Internet y se le solicitará que introduzca un ID de Adobe.

El programa de instalación de Creative Suite 5.5 instala fuentes en un directorio de fuentes de sistema predeterminado. Si el programa de instalación encuentra versiones anteriores de estas fuentes en el directorio de fuentes de sistema predeterminado, desinstala las versiones más antiguas y las guarda en un nuevo directorio. Installazione del software 1. Prima dell’installazione, chiudete tutte le applicazioni in esecuzione nel sistema, comprese altre applicazioni Adobe, Microsoft Office e le finestre dei browser. Durante l’installazione è inoltre consigliato disattivare temporaneamente la protezione antivirus.

2. Sono richieste autorizzazioni amministrative o la convalida come amministratore.

3. Effettuate una delle seguenti operazioni:

Windows:

o Inserite il DVD nell’unità e seguite le istruzioni visualizzate. Se il programma di installazione non viene avviato automaticamente, individuate la cartella Adobe CS5.5 nel livello principale del DVD e fate doppio clic su Set-up.exe per avviare l’installazione.

o Se avete scaricato il software dal Web, il programma di installazione verrà estratto e avviato automaticamente. Se il programma di installazione non viene avviato automaticamente, aprite la cartella, individuate la cartella Adobe CS5.5, fate doppio clic su Set-up.exe e seguite le istruzioni visualizzate.

Mac:

o Inserite il DVD nell’unità, individuate la cartella dell’applicazione al livello principale sul disco, fate doppio clic su Install.app e seguite le istruzioni visualizzate sullo schermo.

o Se avete scaricato il software dal Web, aprite la cartella, individuate la cartella dell’applicazione, fate doppio clic su Install.app e seguite le istruzioni visualizzate.

4. Durante l’installazione di un aggiornamento il programma di installazione ricerca nel sistema un prodotto valido per l’aggiornamento. In caso di esito negativo, vi viene richiesto di immettere il numero di serie del prodotto da aggiornare. Potete inoltre installare il software come versione di prova e immettere in un secondo momento i numeri di serie (nuovo e precedente) nell’apposita schermata visualizzata all’avvio dell’applicazione.

Differenze tra il supporto a 32 bit e 64 bit di Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 e Adobe After Effects CS5.5

Le versioni Windows di Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 e Adobe After Effects CS5.5 necessitano della versione a 64 bit di Windows Vista o Windows 7. Ciò è valido sia per le versioni indipendenti delle applicazioni che per i componenti di Master Collection CS5.5.

Non è possibile installare o eseguire Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 o After Effects CS5.5 su nessuno dei seguenti sistemi operativi:

• Edizioni a 32 bit e a 64 bit di Windows XP Home o Professional • Edizioni a 32 bit di Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate o

Enterprise • Edizioni a 32 bit di Windows 7 Starter, Home Premium, Professional o Ultimate

Differenze tra il supporto 32 bit e 64 bit in Creative Suite 5.5

Se utilizzate un sistema operativo a 32 bit, Adobe consiglia di eseguire l’aggiornamento a:

• Un’edizione a 64 bit di Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, Ultimate o Enterprise • Edizione a 64 bit di Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional o Ultimate

Per semplificare il passaggio a un sistema operativo a 64 bit, Master Collection CS5.5 comprende un pacchetto di supporto contenente le versioni a 32 bit di Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 e After Effects CS4.

Fino all’aggiornamento a un sistema operativo compatibile a 64 bit potete installare e usare il pacchetto di supporto a 32 bit fornito con il prodotto acquistato. Dopo l’aggiornamento a un sistema operativo idoneo a 64 bit potete installare e usare Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 e After Effects CS5.5.

Importante: se state effettuando l’aggiornamento da Production Premium CS4 o Master Collection CS4, potete continuare a usare l’installazione corrente di After Effects CS4 e Adobe Premiere Pro CS4, nonché di OnLocation e Encore. In questo caso non è necessario installare il contenuto del pacchetto di supporto a 32 bit.

Se state effettuando l’aggiornamento da una versione indipendente di Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 o After Effects CS4, dovete disinstallarla prima di installare il pacchetto di supporto a 32 bit. Le versioni indipendenti di Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 e Adobe After Effects CS4, infatti, non comprendono Dynamic Link. Per poter trarre vantaggio dai miglioramenti a livello di flusso di lavoro apportati da Dynamic Link, dovete installare il pacchetto di supporto a 32 bit fornito con il prodotto acquistato.

Per disinstallare Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 o After Effects CS4:

• (Windows XP) Aprite il Pannello di controllo e fate doppio clic su Installazione applicazioni. Selezionate il prodotto da disinstallare, fate clic su Cambia/Rimuovi, quindi seguite le istruzioni visualizzate.

• (Windows Vista e Windows 7) Aprite il Pannello di controllo di Windows e fate doppio clic su Programmi e funzionalità. Selezionate il prodotto da disinstallare, fate clic su Disinstalla/Cambia, quindi seguite le istruzioni visualizzate.

• Inserite il disco dei contenuti, Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Content Disc, nel computer e aprite la cartella Adobe After Effects CS4 and Premiere Pro CS4 for Windows 32 bit, quindi la cartella Adobe CS4.

• Fate doppio clic su Setup.exe. • Seguite le istruzioni visualizzate per installare il pacchetto di supporto a 32 bit. • Quando viene richiesto, immettete il numero di serie per il supporto a 32 bit per

Production Premium e Master Collection CS5.5 e completate l’installazione.

Problemi noti

• Non è possibile selezionare l’installazione di Flash Catalyst e Flash Builder se il nome utente comprende caratteri a 4 byte. (#BG095682)

• Alcuni prodotti non possono essere avviati se il nome utente comprende caratteri a 4 byte o caratteri speciali, in particolare il simbolo dello yen (¥). Questo problema riguarda Adobe Media Player, After Effects, Contribute, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional. (#BG081099, BG095671, BG094597, BG094587, BG095729, BG089964)

• Non è possibile installare Flash Professional CS4 se è già installato CS5.5. (#BG092750) • Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 e After Effects CS5.5 vengono installati su sistemi Windows

XP a 64 bit, ma non possono essere avviati correttamente. Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 e After Effects CS5.5 necessitano della versione a 64 bit di Windows Vista o Windows 7. (#BG097289)

• Dopo la serializzazione di una versione di prova di Premiere Pro CS5.5, trascorrono alcuni minuti prima dell’avvio dell’installazione di ulteriori contenuti protetti. Per correggere questo problema, riavviate Premiere Pro dopo la serializzazione.

Nota: per poter installare componenti aggiuntivi o reinstallare il software dopo la prima installazione, occorre accedere al programma di installazione originale (DVD o scaricato dal Web). L’opzione Ripara non è disponibile.

Disinstallare il software Prima della disinstallazione, chiudete tutte le applicazioni in esecuzione nel sistema, comprese altre applicazioni Adobe, Microsoft Office e le finestre dei browser.

Effettuate una delle seguenti operazioni:

• In Windows XP, aprite il Pannello di controllo di Windows e fate doppio clic su Installazione applicazioni. Selezionate il prodotto da disinstallare, fate clic su Cambia/Rimuovi, quindi seguite le istruzioni sullo schermo.

• In Windows Vista e Windows 7, aprite il Pannello di controllo di Windows e fate doppio clic su Programmi e funzionalità. Selezionate il prodotto da disinstallare, fate clic su Disinstalla, quindi seguite le istruzioni visualizzate sullo schermo.

• IMPORTANTE: Mac OS dispone di una nuova funzionalità di disinstallazione. Per disinstallare un’applicazione, NON trascinatela nel cestino. Per eseguire una disinstallazione sicura di Mac OS X, fate doppio clic sul programma di disinstallazione del prodotto in Applicazioni/Utility/Adobe Installers oppure fate doppio clic sull’alias Disinstalla che si trova nella cartella Applicazioni. Selezionate Rimuovi preferenze, quindi accedete come amministratore e seguite le istruzioni visualizzate sullo schermo.

• Se state disinstallando un software in abbonamento, tenete presente che la disinstallazione non determina l’annullamento o l’interruzione dell’abbonamento. Per

annullare l’abbonamento, accedete alla pagina dei vostri abbonamenti all’indirizzo www.adobe.com/go/subscriptionedition_it.

Problemi noti

• I prodotti non sono visualizzati nella schermata Disattivazione prima che non siano stati avviati. (#BG091275)

• In Windows, la disinstallazione di un prodotto CS4 dopo l’installazione di un prodotto CS5.5 può incidere sulle voci di registro per CS5.5. (#BG081801)

Nota: per installare il prodotto su un diverso computer, dovrete innanzitutto disattivare il software sul computer in cui è attivo. Per disattivarlo, scegliete Aiuto > Disattiva.

Software in versione di prova Le versioni di prova di Creative Suite 5.5 sono del tipo "prova e acquista". Ciò significa che potete valutare i singoli prodotti o edizioni della Creative Suite 5.5 e convertire la versione di prova installata in una versione completa acquistando il prodotto e immettendo il numero di serie in qualsiasi momento del periodo di prova.

Per convertire la versione di prova, immettete il numero di serie del prodotto acquistato nello schermo che tiene conto dei giorni che mancano alla scadenza. Potete immettere un numero di serie per convertire la versione di prova in versione completa entro i 30 giorni del periodo di prova oppure dopo la sua scadenza. Se avete acquistato CS 5.5 Subscription Edition, dovete essere connessi a Internet e dovrete immettere un ID Adobe quando vi verrà richiesto.

Versioni di prova Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 e Adobe After Effects CS5.5

ソフトウェアのインストール

1. インストールする前に、他の Adobe アプリケーション、Microsoft Office アプリ

ケーション、ブラウザーウィンドウなど、システム上で実行しているすべてのアプ

リケーションを終了します。 また、インストールが終了するまでウイルス対策ソフ

トウェアを一時的にオフにすることをお勧めします。

2. インストールするには、管理者権限が必要です。または、管理者として認証でき

る必要があります。

3. 次のいずれかの操作を行います。

Windows：

o ドライブに DVD を挿入し、画面の指示に従います。インストーラーが

自動的に起動しない場合は、ディスクのルートレベルにある Adobe

CS5.5 フォルダーの中にある、Set-up.exe をダブルクリックして、イ

4. アップグレードをインストールする場合は、インストーラーにより、有効なアッ

プグレード対象製品がシステム内で検索されます。 見つからない場合は、アップグ

レード対象製品のシリアル番号を入力するようメッセージが表示されます。 体験版

のソフトウェアをインストールする場合は、起動時に表示されるセットアップ画面

で、新しいシリアル番号と古いシリアル番号を入力します。

Windows 版の Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 および Adobe After Effects CS5.5 には、

インストーラー（DVD または Web からダウンロードしたもの）を使用する必要が

あります。 修復オプションは提供されていません。

ソフトウェアのアンインストール

アンインストールする前に、他の Adobe アプリケーション、Microsoft Office アプ

/Adobe Installers で製品インストーラーをダブルクリックするか、アプリケ

ーションフォルダーにあるアンインストール用のエイリアスをダブルクリッ

クします。「環境設定を削除」を選択し、管理者として認証を実行してから、

画面の指示に従います。

サブスクリプションで使用したソフトウェアをアンインストールする場合は、

アンインストール後もサブスクリプションはキャンセルまたは停止されない

ことに注意してください。サブスクリプションをキャンセルするには、

www.adobe.com/go/subscriptionedition_jp で、ご利用のサブスクリプショ

ンを参照してください。

Windows で、CS5.5 製品のインストール後に CS4 製品をアンインストールす

ると、CS5.5 のレジストリエントリに影響する場合があります。

注意：別のコンピューターに製品をインストールする場合は、まずコンピューター

のソフトウェアのライセンス認証を解除する必要があります。ライセンス認証を解

除するには、ヘルプ／ライセンス認証の解除を選択します。

体験版ソフトウェア

Creative Suite 5.5 体験版は試用期間中または試用期間終了後でも、製品版のライセ

ンスをご購入いただきシリアル番号を入力することで、再インストールすることな

く製品版としてご利用いただけます。

製品版のライセンス購入で発行されたシリアル番号は、体験版の試用期間残日数が

表示されている画面で入力します。30 日間の試用期間中または試用期間終了後でも、

シリアル番号を入力することで製品版としてご利用いただけるようになります。

CS5.5 サブスクリプションを購入された場合は、インターネットに接続し、Adobe

ID を入力することで、サブスクリプションの期間中、製品版としてご利用いただけ

ます。

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 および Adobe After Effects CS5.5 の体験版

Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 および Adobe After Effects CS5.5 には、64 ビット版の

Creative Suite 5.5 では、初期設定のシステムフォントディレクトリにフォントがイ

ンストールされます。初期設定のシステムフォントディレクトリに古いバージョン

のフォントが見つかると、古いバージョンは元の場所から削除されて新しいディレ

クトリに保存されます。初期設定のシステムフォントディレクトリは次の場所にな

ります。

소프트웨어 설치

1. 설치하기 전에 다른 Adobe 응용 프로그램, Microsoft Office 응용 프로그램, 브라우저 창 등 시스템에서 현재 실행 중인 모든 응용 프로그램을 닫습니다. 또한 설치하는 동안에는 바이러스 방지 기능을 일시적으로 해제하는 것이 좋습니다.

2. 관리 권한이 있거나 관리자로서의 자격을 확인할 수 있어야 합니다.

3. 다음 중 하나를 수행합니다.

Windows:

o 드라이브에 DVD를 넣고 화면의 지시를 따릅니다. 설치 관리자가 자동으로 시작되지 않을 경우에는 DVD의 루트 레벨에 있는 Adobe CS5.5 폴더로 이동한 다음 Setup.exe를 두 번 클릭하여 설치 과정을 시작합니다.
