• Since November – Scaffolding has been installed
– Services has been installed on HO and IP faces
• TC has followed the production of:– the Hub (Giancarlo)
– The KM (Raphael)
– The service bracket (Raphael)
• TC has assembled (Christian, Jamie)– The 2 hubs main part
– The 2 hubs extension
• TC has installed – The piping for the movement system
(Armen, Fred)

• NSW production follow-up (Raphael)
– The production of the NSW is going-on in Georgie
– The first Small Sector assembly was done last week
– Delivery for transport is organised
o Picking on 10th of July for the first 4 Small Sector Spokes
o Picking on 20th of July for the remaining 4 Small Sector Spokes
o Picking on 7th of August of the second Small Sector set
– Delivery of the 2 Large Sector Spokes beginning of September
• NSW installation (Christian, Jamie)
– The assembly will start on 23rd of July, NSW-A followed by NSW-C up to the end of September
– The assembly will involved several teams
o Alignment bar
o services team (fixation of cable tray)
o TC members for the mechanical assembly
1. Injection of the resign for the shear pin of the hub (August 20th) (Julien)
2. Installation of the IP tagger disk (Christian, Jamie, Raphael)

12. Transport FDR review took place at the end of April and the procurement process of the different tooling is progressing

• Preparations for the installation of 16x BIS78 chambers: (Tatiana)
1. Removal of the Force Transfer Bracket
o Finalise the design the tool, control all interfaces (Wim)
o Launch the production of the tooling and organise the reception test (Wim)
o Design new support for the rubber plates (Tomasz)
o Prepare ECR (Tatiana)

– Check the accessibility during the operations and propose solution
– Study the EIL4 movement (translation and rotation)
o Study the rail extension and its external support
o Check that safe working access exists or is possible
