In the decision letter, there is a link to your personalized enrollment form. The deadline to respond is April 15, 2015 if you were awarded an Elliott School fellowship, or May 1, 2015 if you were not offered a fellowship. Submit a $500 non-refundable tuition deposit online via the GWeb Information System by credit card or electronic bank transfer. You will receive more detailed instructions as soon as you submit your online admission response and you can refer to the “how-to” guide . The deadline to submit your deposit is April 15, 2015 if you were awarded an Elliott School fellowship, or May 1, 2015 if you were not offered a fellowship. Your GWid is at the top of your online decision letter; this number will be crucial during your time at GW. Please memorize it. Request official transcripts from all institutions you have attended. These must be submitted by August 1, 2015. Please ensure your degree has been conferred and noted on the transcript (if applicable). If transcripts are not received by the start of the fall 2015 semester, a hold will be placed on your account. This hold will prevent you from registering for spring 2016 courses. If your program has micro- and macroeconomics prerequisites and you are lacking the necessary coursework, complete the courses prior to the beginning of the semester (August 31) and send a transcript documenting completion. The Elliott School’s Institute for International Economic Policy will be offering a review course for anyone who needs to meet the requirement* or wants to refresh his/her economics knowledge. *Please know that students in the Security Policy Studies program cannot fulfill this requirement through the review course.

Read Academic Advising’s New Student Information page and follow the necessary steps: go.gwu.edu/elliottnewstudent.

Create your GW email address: https://identity.gwu.edu/claim/ Register for classes once you receive an email that registration is open. Complete the Immunization Record and return it to GW Student Health Services: go.gwu.edu/immunizationrecord

(if applicable). RSVP for New Student Orientation. Academic Advising will email you directly with more details. RSVP for Employer Site Visits. Graduate Student Career Development will contact you with registration

information. Classes begin Monday, August 31, 2015.
