GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE
1. The candidate must bring his/her admit card and a valid photo ID in original (voter card, PAN card, Aadhar card, driving license, etc).
2. The candidate should paste his/her recent passport size photograph in the space provided above and put his/her signature in the space provided in presence of
the invigilator.
3. Those who do not bring the admit card and photo Iden/ty card (besides the Admit card) will not be permiBed to appear in the examina/on. Photo copy of photo ID
will not be accepted.
4. The candidate, before appearing in the wriBen examina/on, should sa/sfy himself/herself regarding eligibility criteria desired for the post(s) with regard to
prescribed qualifica/on, age, etc. as men/oned in adver/sement.
5. The wriBen examina/on is of objec/ve type mul/ple choice.
6. The dura/on of the wriBen examina/on is two hours i.e. from 1100 Hrs to 1300 Hrs. However, ini/al 20 minutes (from 1100 Hrs to 1120 Hrs) are meant for
distribu/on and filling up of OMR response sheets. The remaining /me is meant for aBemp/ng Paper-I (objec/ve type mul/ple-choice ques/ons) & Paper-II
(Descrip/ve type).
7. The candidate must mark the answer in the OMR response sheet by completely darkening the relevant circle out of four given choices using Blue ball point pen
only.
8. Change of answers is not permiBed. Any change in answers by way of using the white/corrected fluid or rubbing or erasing or smudging will entail cancella/on of
OMR sheet.
9. Qualifying the wriBen examina/on is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
10. Appearance in the wriBen examina/on is, however, provisional and does not en/tle the candidate for any claim for the post. The candidate will be treated as
de-barred ab-ini/o at any stage of the recruitment process in case he/she does not fulfill any eligibility condi/ons for the post(s).
11. Candidate must read the instruc/ons carefully before filling up the OMR sheets. Name, date of birth, category, etc should be filled in carefully and should be
iden/cal to the one entered in the online applica/on. No representa/on seeking any change in the data in OMR sheet would be entertained at a later date.
12. While signing the aBendance sheets during the examina/on, the candidate must ensure that he/she signs against his/her name only. If there is any spelling
mistake or whatsoever, the same should be brought to the no/ce of invigilator in wri/ng but the candidate must not alter/change his/her name either in the admit
card or in the aBendance sheet.
13. The OMR sheet or Answer sheet will not be replaced in any circumstances.
14. Candidates are advised to make sure about the loca/on of their examina/on centre in advance so that they reach the examina/on centre on the specified date at
least 15 minutes before commencement of the examina/on. No candidate will be permiBed in the examina/on centre aMer 1115 Hrs.
15. The candidate has to appear at the allo7ed centre only, failing which his/her candidature will stand cancelled.
16. No candidate will be permiBed to leave the examina/on centre before 1300 Hrs.
17. Before leaving the examina/on hall, the candidate must deposit his/her admit card, OMR response sheet & Answer sheet (& addi/onal answer sheet, if any) to
the invigilator. Failure to do so would result in cancella/on of candidature.
18. The candidate can carry the ques/on paper aMer conclusion of the examina/on.
19. Use of mobile phones, bluetooth or any other communicaon device or any other electronic gadgets like calculators, etc or any other material inside the
examinaon room is strictly prohibited. If any candidate is found in possession of any communicaon device, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
20. Any candidate found using unfair means or viola/ng any instruc/ons or found involved in any undesirable ac/vity would be de-barred from the examina/on.
