About the Information and A dmission Services The Information and Admission Services (IAS) takes care of all admission activities forfreshmen and transferees both in the undergraduate and post-baccalaureate programs of the University . A student or visitor ho in!uires about admission to the School of "raduate Studies or #ollege of lashall be referred immediately to its respective deans. IAS shall also prov ide information relative to admission and enrollment concerns. $nro llment proc esse s (eith er earl y or reg ular enrollment) happen at the dean%s office of a particular school. As a source of University-related informatio n& all campaign materials (brochures) across academic unit s or schools shall be placed in this hall. 'hile the propos ed bookstore is not ye t in operation& it is suggested that University items like mugs& pens& all clocks& t-shirtspolo shirts& paper eights& etc. ill be displayed. B. Schedules and manpower requirements The hall ill start its operations on April *& +,and shall be manned by the head ofthe "uidance and Testing ffice ("T) or anyone from among her staff members and the academic deans or department heads. Ideally& there should be at least five () employees ho ill cater to the needs of those ho ill make in!uiries andor process their admission papers& especially during peak periods. n days here clientele come in small numbers& at least to (employee s) are e/pected to man the hall.
