Before we get specific…A few of my favorite quotes:

“Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results.” George S. Patton

“The very essence of leadership is that you have to have vision. You can't blow an uncertain trumpet.”Theodore M. Hesburgh

Before we get specific…A few of my favorite quotes:

I TRULY DO BELIEVE THIS ONE:

“War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.”

John Stuart Mill

“For us, strength into the 21st Century strongly depends on our willingness to adapt to a changing military and yet always stay focused on our core missions. These are the things which will keep us relevant to Georgia and to our peers. In the dynamic environment which we find ourselves, we must strive to hit our target not just sometimes, but always.” “Always ready, Always there, ALWAYS ON TARGET!”
