Note: "S" dimension is the overlay coverage for concealed hinge(s).

• Opening angle 80°, 90° or 100°.• NSDX-35 is designed to hold door in fully

opened position.• Speed adjustment screw located on front for

easy adjustment.• Two stop version (holds door at 65°and 90°) is

2 - Attach arm to arm �xing plateRotate stay to align the hole on the arm to the arm �xing plate. Attach arm to arm �xing plate using the supplied truss screw.

3 - Adjustment and OperationCheck the function and adjust the position of the body and arm �xing plate on oval holes. Tighten screws on oval holes, then �x the position of the body and arm �xing plate with tapping screws on the round holes.

1 - Position and Install NSDX body and arm �xing plateThe hinge type and the overlay a�ect the placement of the body and the arm �xing plate. Please use the corresponding diagram to determine the mounting dimensions for your application. Temporarily position and install body and arm �xing plate using the tapping screws on the oval holes.

* Before installation, please check the Door Weight Range Table to determine if the NSDX-35 is the correct stay for the size and weight door.

Speed AdjustmentUpon completion of installation, make sure the door opens and closes properly. To adjust the closing speed of door, turn speed adjustment screw. In case 2 units (left & right) are used on a single door, the speed adjustment screws on both sidesmust be turned evenly.

The NSDX-35 must be used taking the weight and door height into consideration. The table indicates the usable weight range per door height when using two stays. When using one stay, the weight range will be half of what is shown.For doors outside of the recommended weight range,please contact Sugatsune for the recommended lid stay.
