This application is legally binding for the Exhibitor, and it is considered as a contract upon receipt of the invoice and stand confirmation from the Organiser.
Cancellation Charge:
- 30 % of the stand rental fee, prior to receipt of the invoice.- 100 %, following receipt of stand confirmation.- The stand rental fee remains payable if the exhibitor is prevented fromattending for any reason.- The organiser has the right to cancel exhibitor participation at any time.
Terms of Payment:
- The payment should be submitted in one months time from the date ofissuing the invoice.- The deadline for payment is 31 January 2013 , alternatively thecomplete participation maybe cancelled, and the payment will remainpayable.
- This application constitutes our acceptance of all stipulations included in the Terms & Conditions of Participation at the Abu Dhabi InternationalBook Fair 2013, (the Terms & Conditions are available online, please visit the exhibitor's section at : www.adbookfair.com) and by signing theapplication we accept to bear all the resulting fees.- We are committed to not exhibit a pirated product or material with deliberate infringements to copyright.
