Ademark cable markers

The Ademark marking system allows control panel components to be marked quickly and uniformly. Ademark cable markers are standardized and may be put together and inserted in various types of tag carrier.

Ademark cable markersAdemark cable markers are modular: a single series of numbers and letters may be used to create any tag.The oval cable markers with holding tabs come on adhesive strips and may be peeled off and slipped into tag carriers rapidly.

Ademark DispenserHolds 25 strips of cable markers. It is made of nylon-black glass, has removable brass and rubber feet, and may be stood up or laid down.If more than 25 strips are needed, several dispensers may be linked together. The right marker can be found immediately, and the number is quickly detached.Finished strips may also be replaced immediately.

Ademark ToolIt is made of burnished steel with a special shape for putting the tags together and inserting them in the carriers. The ring is inserted with the tool at a slight angle and is detached by tilting the tool towards the operator.

Ademark HookFor extracting tags which need changing.

Ademark tag carriers are made of transparent PVC.Due to their special tubular shape they fit on cables of various diameters, thus cutting down stock requirements.There are seven types of tag carrier for cables with outside diameters of from 1.3 mm to 24 mm.

PLATE 1 – PLATE 2Panel control identification tag, composed of two interlocking polycarbonate components.The white tag can be printed with the ACS Plotter using Matrix software.The tag has two flared holes suitable for screws or rivets.

The transparent cover interlocks with the white part. The opaque zones on the sides hide the screws/rivet, giving a cleaner look.Between the tag and the cover a polyester sheet can be inserted, which is printable with a standard laser printer.

SELF-ADHESIVE ACS TAGSACS tags printable with Plotter.The lwoer pat of the tag has an adhesive, for fast application to control panels.

PLOTTER VERSION The base can be printed with the ACS plotter, using plotter base plate SA40TQ.

LASER VERSION Labels, marked with a laser printer, can be inserted between the white tag and the cover. A5 sheet with pre punched labels.
