Cable up the MINORITY of Intercoms reporting FIRE ALARM issues locally at the Advent XT CCU A00381 Termination Board individually (with all other system wiring removed) & test.

If FIRE ALARM Tone is then found to be fine, then possible wiring/device fault in Flat/Intercom location. Possible Intercom Unit Failures - Replace Speech Units for known working units

Check that correct number of ZXT155 All Call Amp/PSU’s are installed to allow total number of ZXT205 PA Intercom Units to operate during Fire Alarm.

If you Cable up a PA Model Intercom locally at the Advent XT CCU A00381 Termination Board individually (with all other system wiring removed), does FIRE ALARM TONE work when tested?

YES possible problem on system Network cabling or Network Devices (Data, Audio, Power). Possible that cabling or some Network devices are dragging down system audio. Break down system Network Leg cabling one at a time until audio issue is found/resolved. NO continue.
