K‐WORLD TV, K STREET, AND THE 7UP KID’S BRANDS AND COMPANY have the potential tobe a billion‐dollar conglomerate. We have multiple possible revenue streams that can migrate into many
businesses. We can be a Disney World Type of Conglomerate.
TV ADVERTISING ‐ We are lining up traditional TV advertisers to place
commercials in and between our media content on the website and TV Show.
We have met with Starcom, the largest ad agency in the world, to map out
different advertising and sponsorship opportunities. The meeting included the
top account executives and representatives from Disney, Mattel,
and Fisher Price. In recent days, we have received requests for price lists for our advertising from several other
major advertisers including Spin Master, Pillow Pets, and more.
TV PI ADVERTISMENTS ‐ These are standard 30‐second commercials (Personal Inquiry) from companies
where we are paid a fee based on the viewers calling an 800‐phone number or going to a website to inquire
about a product. Revenue from just P.I. Commercials can amount to thousands of dollars or more per TV Show
episode. A variation of this business model is also known as direct response.
AFFILIATE MARKETING ‐ Another potential lucrative revenue stream for K‐WORLD TV is affiliate
marketing. Affiliate marketing with such companies as Toys‐R‐Us, Mattel, Amazon, Ebay, Google, Rakuten Linkshare (One of the most prestige’s affiliate marketing firms in the world) and many more. Viewers that watch the TV series will be directed to our website www.kworldtv.com where they can buy toys from the affiliated links, the company website, or our own toy store. A cookie or coded program will be inserted into our website to allow tracking of the purchases from viewers to ensure K‐World TV receives a commission that normally ranges from 3 ‐ 20% for various products and services. RETAIL OUTLETS ‐ K‐WORLD TV can sell its K‐ World Brands, Original toys, and merchandise through many
retail outlets such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Targets, Macy’s stores, Amazon, Ebay, and many others. The
nature of our television series will create a high demand for its products and services.
K‐WORLD TV and K‐STREET website membership subscription service ‐ We can
develop several membership subscriptions based services for the official K‐World TV website and K Street
TV Series. Subscribers will enjoy exclusive premium content, special bonus features, character interactions, and
live video streaming. K‐World TV and K Street will have behind the scenes skits, dance parties, unlimited access
to all K‐World TV shows, exclusive video content, video game access, toy discounts, and more.
We will also offer contest giveaways along with exclusive merchandise at special rates and deals. Our
subscription service model can be similar to Netflix where we provide a variety or content for all ages. We can
also utilize membership subscription sites like Subhub, Member gate, and Wish list. Marketing and promotion
of the subscription services will be featured on the K‐World TV Series and commercials airing throughout the
program and on other TV stations and networks. We will use the same promotions as similar subscription box
services.

K‐ World TV Subscription Toy Box ServiceThis monthly subscription box service will cater to both kids and moms in the same box. The boxes will include, mom
and kid friendly products such as toys, snacks, books, beauty products, accessories, coupons, gift certificates, and more. Birchbox “Channel Marketing” is an example of a successful service marketed to adult females. Weekly advertisements will promote the subscription box service
on the TV show with a weekly segment called “What’s in the Box?”.Here we talk about the service and what to look forward to each month before its arrival. We can also have mystery and surprise boxes.
Our team can create commercials about the subscription box service and how anyone
can join. These commercials will air throughout our various national TV Stations and Networks including our own
TV Shows. Other promotions include website, internet marketing, and blogs. For example, YouTube influences
subscribers to promote the subscription box services and discounts for their audiences when they join. Sites like
Crate Joy, Subbly, and many more offer services to help create a subscription box business. Our projected or
potential pricing can be $9.95 – $24.95/month for a 3‐month, 6‐month, or 12‐month subscription. K‐World TV
receives hundreds of sample toys, foods, and beauty products each year directly from the manufacturers to
review on our show. We can include these products in our subscription box at little or no cost to us.

K‐World TV will use subscription toy boxes to promote and sell additional new products and services to
parents by including a parent’s gift in each kid’s toy box. This is the “SOMETHING FOR MOM” product!
The Company can distribute unique and traditional cosmetics, lotions, bath, and beauty aids. Because of
the Company’s relationship with many A‐List stars, it can utilize its celebrity tie‐ins to create numerous
specialized cosmetics, lotions, bath, and beauty aids. Products will be provided by manufactures to
promote their products.
K‐World Toddlers Play, Wonder, and Grow Toys and Gear
K‐World TV Toddler Toys will include learning toys, toys for infants, children’s toys, baby gear, baby toys,
and imagination toys. Playtime is essential to development. Each fun‐filled moment is a stepping stone
to new learning, new discoveries, and new skills. Our Playtime Toys Guide is packed with ideas to help you enrich key areas of development as your child grows. The cost would vary depending on the toy.

K‐WORLD TV CHARACTERS, THE 7UPKIDS PLUSH TOYS AND MORE – The 7UpKids are a groupof fun lovable mascot characters that go on exciting adventures, love
to dance, and offer enjoyable times for kids of all ages. That’s why the
7UpKids Plush Toy Characters, that consist of Leo the Lion Cub,
Sheriff Lily, Ms. Pupstar, Layla Bear, Carl the Cowboy and many more
will be a Hit for all kids to enjoy. These lovable, huggable Plush Toys
(can have the option of talking and teaching the ABC’s by including
fun phrases and quotes like the talking Elmo Sesame Street Plush Toy
dolls). We can start with the Plush Toys, and venture off into many other 7UpKidz themed toys like Kids Bikes,
tricycles, & riding toys, action figures, toy vehicles, trains, remote controlled games, puzzles, learning toys, clothing,
tooth brushes, lunch boxes, t‐shirts, jewelry, accessory lines for girls and boys and much more. With our creative
toy box team the possibilities are endless.

booklet, or talking book, that narrates show storylines
and features. This delightful boxed set features an

We have several TV series in development that can be released on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, On Demand and
other streaming services. We will also sell DVD’s of our media programs.

K‐World Mobile APPS
K-World TV has in development several apps to reflect, mirror, and expand our premium content. We plan to make this media available on digital and mobile portable media devices and platforms (iPhone, Android, Tablet, and more). Recent and archival footage will be encoded in a format that will allow it to be playable on the all portable media devices. We want the completion of the app to coincide with the national release of K-World Television Series this will allow millions to access our content on demand. In this new age of the mobile phone, office, and social media networking via portable media devices other than the PC, are expanding our reach to numerous mobile customers. Advertisers will place ads, banners, and links to generate revenue for our company. The encoding process can be done in-house or outsourced. Kid-based software games will also be a part of our software on these platforms.
K‐WORLD TV Musical Pillows
A Different K‐WORLD TV song will play as the child lays his head down on the pillow.
The K‐World Musical Pillow Sleep System is the ultimate sound conditioner. Our pillows will provide an intimate music sound experience for children. A plush character pillow will be available in various shapes and sizes of their favorite K‐World TV 7UP KID’S mascot character. The pillow will include two virtually undetectable speakers engineered, for total comfort and great stereo sound. The system will come complete with an easy‐to‐use MP3 player pre‐loaded with K‐WORLD TV ORIGINAL musical nursey rhymes, nature songs and
sounds, hypnotic‐binaural music, White Noise, Blue Noise and Pink Noise files fully adjustable and programmable by parents from and app. Parents may also add songs from their library of iTunes or Android songs.
K‐World Castle Restaurant Chains
Kids World TV can build a fun kids‐friendly restaurant for families and kids. The design of the approximately 4000 square foot
restaurant will be similar in fashion to the color castle of the Excalibur hotel. The restaurant will feature the K‐World TV and
7UP KID’S characters, theme and décor. Our chefs will serve healthy fast‐ foods for kids and families. One example is the
Layla Bear Veggie Burger. The restaurant can include arcades, jungle gyms, special 7Up kid’s guest appearances and Kidz
World TV Jr Mascots, meet and greets, and much more.
K‐WORLD FOODS AND BEVERAGES Company ‐ We can sell K‐World TV and 7UP KID’S brand foods, snacks, cookies
and crackers, frozen foods, frosted beverages, and more.

K‐WORLD TV Theme parks, Hotels, and Events ‐ K‐World Vacations, Amusement Parks, Theme Parks, entertainment
attractions, rides, and other events can be combined in a central location for the enjoyment of all. K‐World TV Hotel Themes will include our own unique Mascot Characters. Our hotels will include K‐WORLD TV and 7UP KID’S themed rooms and more. Kids and Families are our targeted guests. Our goal is to provide unforgettable moments for your family. Special events, concerts, celebrity guest visits, and more will also be included. Possible locations being considered are California, and Florida.
K‐World Cartoons and Animated Series – K‐WORLD TV is developing a collection of animated works with a
common series title, usually related to one another. These episodes will typically share the
same main characters, some additional secondary characters, and a basic theme. Our TV
shows can be broadcast on television, shown in movie theatres, released direct‐to‐video, or
streamed on the internet. Like animated films, our animated series will include a wide
variety of genres and can also have different target audiences ranging from young children
to older adults. Some of the central costs included storyboards, scripting, voice overs, and
animation.
7UP K id’ s is the name of the entire character team. We are also trademarking the name. We also own the domain.
K‐World TV Live ‐ Character Plays and Concert Tours – K‐World and 7UP KID’S offers an up‐close, interactive
experience like you’ve never experienced before! You, the audience, are invited to dance with your favorite K‐World and 7UP KID’S friends. They will join you on the floor – dancing with fans of all ages! In addition to ongoing dance parties, Ms. Pupstar uses her imagination to "Do the Robot." Layla teaches all ‘feat’s’ to dance. Sheriff Lily shares the fun of dance with the K‐World favorite “Shake Your Hands All the Time”.
7UP KIDS MUSIC GROUP WITH DANCERS, SKITS, AND MEET AND GREET ‐ This can be similar to the Disney TV Special
we produced with Disney’s Zendaya (See clips on www.Kworldtv.com). The production included dancers, music compilations,
an autograph signing, special characters, and a meet and greet.
K ‐World Clothing, Fashion, Hair, Beauty Products, and Luxury Goods Lines
Because many celebrities often get involved in fashion ventures, the Company can create celebrity and non‐celebrity inspired clothing and fashion lines that feature unique, traditional, non‐traditional, and modern fashion styles. The Company’s clothing lines can target various groups including children, pre‐teens, teens, young adults, mature adults, business professionals, blue and white collar workers, entertainers, and many more. The Company’s fashion lines can target those fascinated with the latest styles and may include multiple types of wardrobes. To promote these lines, the Company may produce fashion fairs and concerts to promote its varied clothing lines. The Company may also create fashion ware and fashion lines that target women, men, and children. Any type of selling and marketing of clothing and fashion related businesses may be engaged at any time. The Company may also create fashion stores, boutiques, women’s shoe lines, and fashion TV shows and networks. Luxury goods and jeweler lines may also be created, produced, and distributed.

These are stores that can be mobile, virtual, and placed in strategic
areas to sell various products, toys, k‐world merchandise. These pop up
stores will also give notoriety, and provide advertising for the company.
K‐World Pet Supplies & Accessories ‐ Make your pet feel extra special
with specialized dog and cat supplies from K‐World. Browse animal tags, litter boxes, cages, collars, leashes, harnesses, grooming essentials and much more. We have dog beds and blankets to get Fido feeling extra comfortable and snuggly. Choose the perfect bed size depending on your dog’s size: cave bed, corner pet bed or dog basket. If you are on the go, we have the perfect accommodations for your pet. Keep your pup clean with dog shampoo and luxury soap. Check out pet car seats, pet bike baskets and pet carriers if you are

It’s not Sesame Street It’s
The K-Street Show Our new Children’s Television Program is modeled after the long‐running popular children’s television series
Sesame Street. The K Street Show is a wonderful for‐profit show catering to preschool children. The K Street Show
will teach the fundamentals of the ABC’s, Numbers, and introduce modern cognitive learning techniques such as
S.T.E.M Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Our show will include learning segments, comedy skits,
dancing, and unique performances. The show features children, actors, celebrity guest stars, and the K‐World TV
original mascot characters with unique storylines. Sponsors and Advertisers can add product and brand placement
in the show segments. Each of the segments will feature the characters interacting and promoting the brands and
product. For example, character John‐John just got a new leapfrog tablet (a K Street sponsor). He talks about the
tablet and shares what he has learned with the neighborhood kids. Meanwhile parents can go to our website to
make a purchase (affiliate marketing).

In our first full year on our own 24-hr satellite station such as AT&T or Comcast we will sell our advertising at a rate of
$10,000 to $50,000 per 30 second spot. In our 24-Hour station lineup we will have 24 different television shows airing and
available for streaming and On Demand. Ad revenues for the first year will add up to $3,450,720,000 for one station on aplatform such as DISH, AT&T Direct TV, and Comcast.

During the second to third years the Company forecasts revenues to increase about 50% annually. This can occur because of
added stations, internet platforms, mobile apps, and awareness of the Company’s television properties, increases in commercials
sales, increases in ad prices, and by continuing to develop relationships with media buying agencies. The Company also has
thousands of TV episodes. That makes the Company’s library potentially worth billions of dollars in licensing revenue. These
estimated projections are based on a scenario of 1 Satellite feed. We are negotiating to have up to 10 satellite stations for our
different networks.
These projections are a best-case scenario and do not take into account the numerous avenues of product placement, internet
revenue, overseas revenue, mobile app revenue, and licensing revenue. To meet these projections the show must take on the
popularity and marketing equality of some of the most popular shows on television.
AT&T/DISH/COMCAST AND OTHER CABLE AND SATELLITE STATIONS (We are negotiating for up 10)
The current valuation for our Company is arrived at by applying the following variables. Let us suppose that investors/venture
capitalists expect a 5 fold return in 3 years. Our growth rate at year 3 is approximately 50% annually. The company intends to
sell approximately 10% of itself to investors. Starting with exit year 3, the expected revenue that year ($8.4348 Billion) is
multiplied by the percentage of ownership the Company is relinquishing (10%). $8.4348 Billion x 10% = $843.48Million. Our
investors could expect a 5x return within these 3 years. By backing that out to today we arrive at $843.48M / 5 = $168.696M.
This $168.696M is what investors would expect they would invest today to get 5x their money in 3 years. So if they want to
own 10% of the company then $168.696M / 10% (0.10) = $1.687 Billion. If the Company were to sell 10% of itself it would be
valued at $1.687 Billion today.
