I Babubhai Mangaljibhai Thakkar, Aged about 49 years, residing at 70,Anandvihar, Abadnagar, Bopal, Ahmedabad 380058 : State Gujarat: Country: India, Indian Citizen having election Card No: LBR : 7344757 do hereby state and solemnly affirm as under.

I respectfully state and submit that I submit my reply of the oral arguments by State Of Gujarat , Union Of India and N.A.C.O. .

1. The e-mail which has been produced before this court is of Sept 22,2012 not a subject matter of the any petition pending before this court.

2. The e-mail I sent is my constitutional right as well as obligation under C.R.P.C. Section - 39.

3. If any of the person or party has any objection for this email, the concern party can file written affidavit before this court and with my reply the Hon. Court will pass rule accordingly.

4. As sited in All India Institute Of Medical ... vs Union Of India & Ors on 29 October, 1996 (on page no:113-114 of this petition:)

“the petitioner had laid all the necessary information before the Director as well as the Minister concerned and also the Prime Minister bringing to their notice all the offences committed by the doctor but no action in that behalf had been taken.”

The Hon.Prime Minister had not taken note of the offence(“alleged cognizable offence punishable under Section 409, Indian Penal Code”) in this country yet ….supreme court is asking to follow the criminal procedure code 1973.

The Judgement of Supreme Court I have followed for the justice to innocent citizen of India .

The content hereinabove is true correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. The content of the above I fully understood the impact of this affidavit. I Solemnly affirmed the above matter.
